            I bought my lease out on 5-3-23 and have the supporting documentation. The dealership did not properly file the paperwork leading Ford to report my account delinquent and significantly dropping my credit score. This is still happening 5 months later and they do not seem to care. They caused this issue and the credit bureaus are not reverting back to my original credit.

            By far the service center is the absolute worst!! Extremely poor communication and service by Sheldon and his team. This is the second time I have taken a car there and it will be the last time. Over two weeks to have a water pump replaced, no answers to calls about ETA for completion, I had to go to the dealership only to be told several wrong dates. Was quoted one price and on pick it, the bill had increased another $500. Sheldon was extremely unprofessional and kept calling me "Dude." I can't speak for the sales side of the house but AVOID the service side at all cost!!! BTW you could run the car through a car wash after charging several grand for service instead of delivering a car that looked like it drove through the Baja! Unbelievable
