Sold us a chain for $2000 and told us to come back and exchange it for the one we wanted and bring $500 more when we did he told us now we had to give him $1000 for the better chain so we did and when we went home and looked closer at it it was tarnished and light and doesn't even look real not worth $3500 we paid for it. The first chain we got was heavier then the new one that he says is heavier but it's not . And when we ask to see the first chain we bought he claims he does at have it anymore. He won't work with us and give us what we paid for he scammed us out of thousands of dollars saying that we should bring the first chain in and exchange it then he made us paid so much more money and the new one is just horrible tarnished doesn't even look real he won't even work with us won't even give us back our money nothing I believe that he tells people these things because other people have experienced it now that I've read his reviews and he has them bring back the first purchase and exchange is it for something that's cheaper in lies and says that it's more expensive he scammed us out of over $2000 and won't make it right he wants to give it to him more money and I'm not doing it he owes us what we paid for we gave him $3500 and he gave us a chain that looks fake took the first one that we paid $2000 for that was very heavy and was very real and gave us this ugly thing that's not even close to looking real it's a complete scam
