    I have had multiple communications with this company asking them to stop sending me marketing emails. I get more marketing emails from them than any other company, and they wont stop despite phone calls, email replies and hitting the unsubscribe button on their emails ( numerous times). I highly recommend people avoid doing business with them unless you want to be bombarded with marketing emails that never end.

    ***** ********** requested on 09/03/2024 that UC remove me from your email list. *************************. The following day, an ** Team Member informed ***** on how to execute the above and provided two options: 

    When you receive an email from us there is an UNSUBSCRIBE button at the bottom of the email.  

    Alternatively, you can access your account to adjust the settings or opt out of notifications. 

    Urban Carry has since taken the manual step to execute the customers request. The customer has been notified.
