    Monthly maintenance fees include landscaping services to include irrigation of the grass, trees and plants. The trees are being cut down and not replaced and the irrigation system has not been working since Hurricane ***. September 29, 2022. This is breach of contract.

    I am truly disappointed with Professional Bayway Management Co. Inc. My experience with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare. Their abysmal communication and complete disregard for residents' concerns have left me utterly frustrated. First and foremost, their inability to respond to emails is astounding. I have sent multiple messages regarding various issues, and it's as if my words disappear into a void. The lack of timely responses is not only unprofessional but also indicative of their complete apathy towards residents' needs. What is even more infuriating is their failure to notify residents about important work being done on the property. It's as if they operate in a cloak of secrecy, leaving us in the dark about crucial developments. This lack of transparency creates confusion and inconvenience for residents, and it's a blatant display of incompetence on their part. I cannot stress enough how utterly disappointed I am with Professional Bayway Management Co. Inc. Their unresponsiveness and negligence have made living in our community a constant struggle. It's a shame that a company entrusted with managing our property can be so utterly inept at their job. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to think twice and explore alternative management companies that actually care about their residents.
