We have our driveway, sidewalk, walkways, patio, pool deck, fascias and fence pressure cleaned at least once a year. We have a corner lot with lots of sidewalk and extra wide drive and always point this out when looking for quotes. We paid JR Pressure Wash Service $300 more than ever before and he supposedly didn't include the sidewalk. Even though I mentioned it in the quote request and we walked it. The cleaning they did do was OK but not worth more than we had always paid. If you dare use these people get a written quote, they'll deny anything to make an extra buck! Steve *********

 I apologize if there appeared to be any miscommunication perceived but we sent you a written quote with line items describing the work that was being done by email which youd approved. We also never discussed a community sidewalk at the time of the estimate nor did we have it on the written estimate. I verbally went over all line items during the estimate as well as a very in depth description of the work being done which I always do. That was 2 times verbally and also a written estimate. You approved both times and wrote me a check. After the work was done my manager walked the property with you which was the first point that the community sidewalk was mentioned. We had no problem adding that into the job but as it wasnt currently mentioned or on the quote we would need to add a new line item. When I called to speak with you about it, you automatically cussed at me saying are you f****** stupid?!* and when Id asked you not to you automatically told me to get the *bleep* off of your property. Also you cussed at the manager telling him to get the *bleep* off of your property and many other profane things about me before turning around and heading inside. In all honesty if youd spoken to me with the respect and decency I feel I deserve I most likely would have done it knowing that this was a misunderstanding and that maybe there was some miscommunication. 

The quote included "drive and walkway" and now that I see the breakdown I should have realized that was not sidewalk. My Bad. The fact of the matter is we walked the property including the sidewalk. Yes, I questioned your intelligence with the * word. It seemed pretty stupid to me that any real professional wouldn't question including OUR sidewalk when we included or considered everything else including the edger stones. And looking at the continuation of the sidewalk, it was obvious (at least to me and our neighbors) that OUR sidewalk had been previously ********************** washed and the remainder had not. If you consider get the * off my property cussing then yes, I cursed ***** too. And what i said after handing ***** the check and telling him to leave as above, I said ***** must be stupid to not even ask about the sidewalk and it was a poor job.I was mad when the patio started to dry and we could see how poor of a job it was, and we had finally gotten the other quote we had solicited that included the sidewalk as requested and was only $55 more than last year and $245 less than you, but we had already committed to you. And then I see you had had your wife or sister or ****** post a review on Nextdoor posing as a customer. That's low!We've lived in this house 21+ years and have had the complete list (including OUR sidewalk) done once a year and sometimes more often. EVERY other company has done the complete list and then some.

Im very confused as to how we did a bad job. We have happy customers all over the place who love the work we do. We used the same system on your place that we do everywhere. Also Im not sure what youre referring to when you say that I had my Wife or Mom comment on next door? I can assure you that didnt happen. Im sorry that you still feel you were duped even after seeing that the Community Sidewalk was never on the Quote to begin with. It was also never mentioned the 2 times I verbally went over the quote. I wouldve thought that after you realized that, that maybe this review would be taken down. We have learned 1 ****** from this. That on future Estimates we will write in all caps next to Driveway & Walkway Cleaning NOT COMMUNITY SIDEWALK so that theres no confusion when reading the quote. However, *** never had anyone speak to me or my workers like that before. The whole situation couldve been avoided had you spoken professionally. Im going to conclude this review from here on out. If you do want us to come and do the Community Sidewalk I will do for it FREE but only under the stipulation that when we come back and do it this review will be taken down before we show up and both ***** and I will be treated with respect when were there taken care of the Community Sidewalk.
