Their phone number is from WA state ( 425) 368-9235) is an land line and is listed on their Face Book page (@thefamilygiftsco) and does not work and the 1-800 465-6870 tell you to email them. Their shipping address is an P.O. Box 20129 in SAINT PETERSBURG, FL 33716. The local office phone number is(727) 322-6626 They do not answer their Email [email protected] . Their Face Book "page" is for one month ONLY February 2021. I still have NOT gotten the item or any response from any of my inquiries. The USPS Tracking Number: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx. on case number xxxxxxxx opened on 12/05/2021. I reported this to BBB on12/08/2021. On 12/30/2021 I got email from The Family Gifts that shipment from order #xxxxxxxx is on the way. On 01/3/2022 I got the item from another vendor "USA Crafters" same P.O. Box 20129 as The Family Gifts. also their is an third vendor (Shine On) with the same P.O. Box 20129 but with a different phone #(833)610-2030. SO MANY QUESTIONS LEFT UNANSWERED 01/7/2022"

Ordered a Keychain in Dec.2022. Was sent wrong one. Purchased a key chain for my daughter as a Christmas gift. My daughter did not like the key chain and so i attempted to contact the merchant to arrange a return of the item. When calling the customer service number *************) you get a recording saying no one is available and your are referred to their web site. On the web site you are instructed to email them and they will get back to you. It has been 8 weeks and there has been no response from the merchant to several emails. On Dec 8, 2022 I ordered an item from the seller at 9:36AM and received a confirmation email. Less than a minute later I received a second email charging me for an additional item I did not order. I informed the seller that I did not order this item and received no response to my email. I subsequently filed a complaint with PayPal and the seller responded, telling me to return the item for a refund. I returned the item and the seller has refused to answer any follow up emails and will not answer the phone. I want the $34.95 charge refunded to me. Thank you.Initial Complaint

I ordered a Keepsake for Daughter keychain and received a keychain with granddaughter on it instead. I do not have grandchildren. I've sent several emails asking how to exchange the item and have not received a response. When I called the phone number on their website it was a recording stating they could not take my call and they did not have any means of leaving a message. Originally, I would have liked an exchange; however, due to their poor customer service and their error, I would like my money back. I feel that I have given them more than enough time to respond. On 12/10/22, I ordered the two items from the merchant as seen in the attached invoice for $97.88. My daughter's item is as described and I am satisfied with the product. My son's item was the wrong color chain (ordered stainless, received gold) and the inscription has a typo (the word "for" is repeated). I've attached pictures of the defective item. I've tried to contact the merchant 4 times by email (dated 12/14 upon delivery, 12/16, 12/19, and 1/3/23) and have not received a response. I've tried calling twice and only get a message stating to contact them by email. I tried to dispute the charge through my credit card company, since the merchant will not answer any correspondence. They did not find in my favor, stating I needed to contact the merchant directly. I would like to return the defective item but the company will not answer correspondence and send a return shipping label as their website states. I'm seeking a refund for the defective item in the order, in the amount of $62.93.Initial Complaint

This is a complaint concerning The Family Gifts, which has several addresses Date of transaction: Dec 15, 2022 Cost: ****** I should have received 2 gold plated necklaces for sons, 1 keychain for daughter and 2 keychains for granddaughters. What I received was 2 stainless steel necklaces for sons, and 3 keychains for daughters. I had ordered 2 keychains for daughters accidently and got in touch with the company within 1 and 1/2 hours of ordering, probably sooner and explained the situation and asked the company to change the order to 2 granddaughter keychains. I received one reply from ****** which stated: We have received your request and is being reviewed by our support staff. I sent numerous e-mails to the company and that is the only answer I ever received. I tried calling the 800 number which only stated to send an e-mail. I sent e-mails to every address I could find and never received a reply. I purchased a keychain intended for my granddaughter from The Family Gifts on 10/2/2022 for a total of $42.92, Item #*****. On showing it to my daughter, she felt it was inappropriate so I promptly returned it on the next Monday, after receiving it on the previous Thursday. After a couple of weeks went by and I had not heard back, I tried calling the telephone number they listed ************ but I was unable to make contact with them. Then I contacted online the customer service twice and again never received any contact from them. I simply want my money back. I trusted that this was a reputable dealer. The product was less impressive than I had expected for the price but I like it but my daughter did not. I order a key chain for my daughter. When I received the item it was for a granddaughter. I have tried to contact the company numerous time with out any success. So flustered trying to return for refund. Dont know what else to do. They are not responding to any of my requests.
