  This company falsely advertises their ability to certify individuals as singing agents for the mortgage industry. I purchased their $499 course under the guise that I would be certified as a national signing agent with the background check included. I reached out to the company asking them if this product also included the *** exam and I was instructed to finish the course because I was only at a 1% and if I finished all my questions would be answered. I also left them a ****** review expressing that I might have been misguided as to what their product actually offers. The company is now refusing to refund me, and as much as Id like my money back, I think its more important to deter other people from being taken advance off. Under this economy, spending $500 on a product that you were lied about what it actually is hurts. Had the company been honest, answers my initial question that no, they do not facilitate the *** exam, then I would not had continued with this course. Instead I was told to continue with the course because there was a lot I hadnt seen yet, insinuating that yes they would. A direct answer is what businesses need to offer their customer not a run around in order to scam them out of their hard earned monies. What I needed was to be certified through the National Notary Association which certifies through NJ and includes a background check. *** Blueprint does not do that, what this company does is provide individuals with marketing ideas to help their singing agent business along, not a certification. No one in the industry recognizes Blueprint. If there is anything that BBB can do in order to help me get my refund back I would really appreciate it. But if thats impossible then at least I hope to deter anyone else from being scammed, this economy is too hard to be gifting a company $500 under false pretenses.

Please contact your bank directly for any questions about your refund. I do see our staff notified you via email when this was sent out as well. After a review of your email messages to us, I see there was some confusion with how you worded your questions to us back in 9/2024 via email. As a matter or policy, we do not share private emails. It seems there was also additional confusion with you thinking we were a different company, or selling those other companies services which we do not do. From what it looks like, you asked us a general question with specific dollar amounts and we answered you. Then later on said your question was about something different and something specific with a completely different company name (that you didn't mention at all initially), yet claimed that we lied to you and tried to scam you because of that. We are a Signing Agent company Notary Signing Agent Blueprint, we are not an association of notaries. No worries at all, you've already been refunded and please contact your bank if you have any questions at all about the refund. We know the credentials process can be very confusing, and we made it right and refunded you. "with the background check included." - Our program guides you through the available background check options, but we are not a background check company. You do not pay us for background checks, so we do not provide that specific service itself. *** Blueprint helps you start and grow your business, but we are not a licensed insurance company or your state or a background check company, so we are unable to provide those specific services to you.   September 2023 paid $499.00 to *** Blueprint Certification for a *free* How to Become a Notary in ALL 50 STATES {Today}.The situation that is of my concerns is: I did not get what I pay for, no notary public license in all 50 states, no ********************** license. Contacted *** ********************** because of the small problem and their response is:"I see you disputed a transaction with us. Unfortunately you are several months past the 30 day **** so you don't qualify for a refund. As you've seen, the refund terms are very clear and put you in control of when you qualify for a refund or not, based on your actions. Our refund policy is discussed on our free training, terms of service, emails, websites, and sales pages as well. To prevent abuse of our Loan Signing Certification program, we do not break this clear and transparent refund policy to be fair to all of our past, current, and future students. If you do not qualify for a refund, it is always 100% based on our written policy you agreed to before and during purchase. I do show that you even disputed your transaction with your bank (removing our ability to help you at all), and you recently lost that dispute too. Yes I did confirm our team advised you via email before in Nov 2023 that you disputed a transaction you asked us for, and to reach out to your bank directly as it was out of our hands. I did find your prior email telling us you bought our program "as a suggestion from my former employer I purchase your program at the begining of September". We appreciate that recommendation they gave you, as we earn the trust of our students one at a time. In reference to your comment of "How to Become a Notary in ALL 50 STATES {Today}", here is some info. We do guide our students with the process of becoming a Notary in their own state. After a review, I see you completed only 18% of your program with us, so you did not get to that section at all in our course. You were in the very beginning of our program. The headline you shared in this complaint of "How to Become a Notary in ALL 50 STATES {Today}" seems to be something like a ******* video headline or something online. I saw the attached images provided to this complaint, they are images of *******. This is completely separate from our actual training course. It appears you are implying that automatically included in your actual certification course purchase with us that we make you a Notary in all 50 states, and that is 100% not the case. You are 100% right, it is not possible to be a Notary in all 50 states. This is why we do not offer that as a service, and you cannot pay us for any programs for that specifically as its not listed on our website in that manner. To be clear, we guide you through the process of becoming a Notary in the state you are in (one state, maybe two if allowed, not 50), and that information is included in our program but you never reached that section in the course. You only become a Notary and work inside the state you live in or spend time in. Please be advised that not all 50 states allow their residents to work with them directly to become a Notary, which is why we recommend what we do in our national program. For example: we can guide you with the required insurance, but since we are not an actual insurance company we cannot sell that to you, or give you a binding policy. We can guide you with becoming a Notary, but we are not your state who issues your Notary commission. It seems like you may be saying you found a ******* video title somewhere and automatically assume that is part of a paid program which it is not. Questions about certification or other credentials? You cannot do this business without the right credentials, and being fully qualified as we discussed. Our free training, paid training, and websites all discuss that you'll be needing some items before you're fully qualified to get loan signing orders from hiring companies, and this should not surprise you at all. Our program guides you step by step, to ensure you don't make any expensive mistakes, pick wrong companies, pick wrong amounts, be overcharged, or slow yourself down with your entire business setup.
