  Unfortunately, the above reviews are all true. But I do have one positive comment. The product of Neuro Max works for me but I do add Pygnogenal and Hupzine A. Since I began the Neuro Max, I have found that I can now turn the page of my mind and not completely forget why I went to the next room for. Instead of getting half way to my destination, only to remember I forgot what I needed to take with me and have to return home (up to 3 times), I now remember as I am going out the door 90% of the time. Big improvement for me! I seem to have less brain fog and I am not losing keys, glasses, anything in my hand that quickly gets laid down, etc as often as I have in the past (all my life). Even my sleep patterns have improved. But I do feel that it takes all 3 products for it to work for me. Problem - you can never seem to get a refund and they are hard to get ahold of, I am allergic to one of their products and I have yet been able to return it. Their sleep aid is simply melatonin and ridiculously priced. Do not buy the Mind Calm or the sleep aid but if you are ADDH like me the Neuro Max may help. Everyone is different, The only product that I can recommend is the Neuro Max.

  This company doesnt even deserve 1 star. After a month of trying to give me a partial refund .and to keep the product, they finally agreed to give me a refund.. minus a stocking fee. That was 2 months ago, and I have no refund..and they are no longer answering my emails. Worst company EVER!!!!!!!!

  These guys are crooks that will not reply with a return address after many attempts. I bought $800 of pills and let them know it did not do anything for me and I called **** *****. They tried to get me to keep it and give me 35% back and I said NO! THEY SAID, they would inform Neuro Max and that i should look out for their email with return instructions. That never happened so I called back and they gave me their e- Mail. After writing 1 email to get return address they wrote back to ask how many bottles I was returning instead of giving me the address. So, to make a long story short they never replied to my following e mails. Ghosting your customers is a real good way to **** your customers off. Shame on you and I hope everyone reads my complaint.

  Worse company. First they promise and guaranteed that if u were not satisfied you could return the product. Well I tried that and i have been trying to return for the last month. You have some person that signs the emails with one initial. Then tries to give you 25 to 30% back of what u spent. I bought three months worth. They of course dont want the bottles. They asked me to get a doctors note which i did. Those pills have something in it that gave me a headache So my doctor told me to stop using it and gave me a note so they would return my 177.00. Still fighting w the telemarketer that's being paid not to pay me back. Next thing is to sue the doctor in the Commercial as well as the company.

  After viewing the lengthy video presentation of NeuroBrain, I requested one bottle of tge product at what I thought was $69. Immediately, the First Florida Credit Unit fraud division inquired if I approved an amount of $207 to NeuroBraid. I replied that I expected $69 to be debited fron my card and did not approve thus amount. As a result, my card was deemed inactive due to fraud. I was advised that the payment had been approved. I decided contact the company and my bank. There was no phone number available, so I searched the web and located a website. Several emails were sent but not sent to the website. I received a "welcome" email from Neurobrain. I replied that I did not want the product, not realizing that it was already being processed for expedited delivery, and requested a return address label. The company responded to my reply asking if I would state why I did not want the product. I received another email asking me to verify my address. I replied that I would not and requested a return label. The company replied that no return label nor refund would be given. I was advised to try the product for 30 days, that it was the policy. I stated that I had safety concerns with the product. (Why would I try a product that I deemed possibly unsafe?). I was also advised that the product would have to be returned at my expense with no guarantee that a refund in order. I asked several times for the company's address and I would be responsible for return cost. Thus far, I have not been given an address.   NeuroMax or any version similar is play a double billing scam on customers...they send a text to your phone and claim the charge did not go through and to replace the order. When you replace the order, within seconds, the first order is ok'ed and billed along with the second order. Their agents simple laugh and hang up on you...the web, which I should have checked first, listed the following:
