    I feel that Cristian Leaders Institute is very misleading when it comes to the acceptablity of their so called Bachelor of Divinity degree. CLI lists colleges that accept thier degree for those wishing to pursue a Master's degree. Two of the schools listed are ****************** and **** Christian University. I attempted to enroll in Liberty's Master's program and was told the degree from Christian Leaders College was not directly transferable and I would need to do a minimum of one extra semester of course work to complete the program at ********** applied to *********************** and was told they would not accept CLC's degree due to inadequate accredidation. I fared slightly better at **** Christian University but there i was admitted on Academic probation which enabled me to enroll in the fisrt semester but will delay my enrollment in the second semester until my first semester grades are posted and are reviewed by OCU which may cause me to miss the regestration deadline and delay my continuing my studies by one semeseter as well as causing problems with my financial aid. While many of the classes at CLC/CLI are very informative and the fact that they offer so many of them free of charge is great, if you wish to go on for a Master's be prepared for the headaches the they don't warn you about. Low cost Bachelor's degree sounds too good to be true - IT IS.I am not ready to declare CLI / CLC a scam I will say they are close!

    I just obtained my Licensed Christian Wedding Officiant certification and the process could not have been easier. I am now studying for my Bible Studies credentials and am excited! I have been in commutations with several of the Academic Staff and they have all been extremely helpful in directing me towards the right courses for my needs and desires. A very nice group of people. This online college is awesome!

    If you want to get a simple certificate, then that should be o.k. But seeking a degree at this school takes forever to finish. Each class is 6 months long and they decided to end my degree and suggested that I change my major, after only having two years left to finish. After I emailed the register's office, I was told that I had to transfer to what they called their new school. They didn't even give me all the credits that I worked so hard to received.....this change set me back two years. So, a six-year degree process is now taking me 9 to 10 years to get. Now I am stuck. Be very careful!
