      The company flat out lies to the consumer as well as selling the lowest quality products for the most profit possible. I took my two 12.5 x 2.75 dirt bike wheels to marobo and wanted two new tires tubes of the same quality. to my loss i was sold two paper thin Chinese tires with old used inner tubes. the tires weren't even mounted properly, they both wobbled so badly that i had to remount both tires on the rims. we were charged over 115 dollars for two tires and two old inner tubes that online cost 38 dollars for a better quality set of new tires and new tubes. this company ought to be ashamed of themselves, its humans like this that are a disgrace to the working class business owner. we took a loss ,and want the public to know of the dishonest, disgraceful work ethics and practices that the owners provide. i personally believe this business needs to be shut down. i cant leave less then 1 star but they deserve no star at all as this is far from an isolated case.

      ****** - I'm sorry for your experience. My name is David, I am the service writer and apologize for your frustration. I did not see this invoice come across my desk. We are understaffed as most places are these days and I have been out due to a death in the family. I have interviewed everyone involved with your invoice and reviewed our CCTV footage. Someone surely jumped the gun trying to get this job out since it had been here since last week and misunderstood some of the pricing. We have a minimum shop charge of $75 which comes off the back-end of the **** and was used as our standard hourly fee on your invoice. Since you brought your wheels in off of the unit we only charge $25ea equaling $50 and the NEW inner tubes for these particular tires are included (but are offered for $9.98ea if sold separately) saving you an additional $19.86 - This is a total of $44.86. Unknowingly until now, this was our mistake - It's owed to you and we are accountable for this mistake 100%. I deeply apologize for the mix up in pricing... As for your wheels being wobbly - we had no way to test as you just brought the rims in without the bike - off road tires don't get balanced...
      As for your unfair critique / derogatory comments - offense taken - You're entitled to them... We have been around for 3 decades and have been serving Tampa Bay customers longer than any other competitor. If we were truly as bad as you claim, the market would have weeded us out years ago. We are one of the least hourly rate shops around and use market based pricing along with MSRP... WHY NOT JUST ASK FOR A MANAGER OR SOMEONE ELSE TO LOOK OVER YOUR INVOICE INSTEAD OF SLAMMING US ONLINE - YOU WERE HERE, AT OUR SHOP, happy, smiling, patient while we were busy and no sense of being displeased ... People make mistakes, especially when not doing a task they normally don't do on a day to day basis while just trying to help in a tight situation. Our parts inventory are direct manufacture Razor replacements (Yes, made in China as with every other bike tire to ASTM specs). Razor sell's their parts online (à la carte) plus shipping for roughly a few dollars difference, who can compete with the online giants anyway - surely not your local "brick and mortar stores."
      Next time you bash a mom & pop business online, wishing them gone and out of existence maybe try to resolve your issues and complaints with the source - the actual business... Before too long there won't be many of us small businesses out there to serve the public and you can deal with a computer screen for all of your needs....
      We can either credit you back or issue you a check for the overcharge of $44.86 - Whatever you prefer, just let us know....

      Everything that was reported to the BBB is true and factual. The cost of two tires and two tunes which in fact were used tubes was 50 dollars. The cost to mount them on the wheels was 75 dollars that's 125 dollars, yet we were made to pay 185 dollars. Then your company gives every excuse in the book along with a small rebate
      Consumers need to read the rip off reports on the web. This company is not a good nor fair and decent place of business. The truth has to be told so others won't be ripped off.

      1 What are you failing to understand? Maybe have someone a little more qualified explain the invoice to you. In rough numbers, the tire / tube combo is $42ea X2 = $84 + our minimum shop charge of $75 that was reduced to $50 - meaning you paid $134 + tax after the refund of $42 cash back... Do you work for free? Do you compete with the cut throat online businesses on a day to day basis? Do you understand what shop / service minimums are? Do you understand what overhead is in a brick and mortar establishment? None of us are living in mansions with maids, driving luxury cars and vacationing in the Caribbean..

      2 Used tubes really??? How are used tubes even acquired?? I'm sure there is such a large abundance of used tubes to stock our tube bins... We, as many dealers, purchase tubes in bulk and an accusation of using used tubes is just asinine as these are consumables and when they need to be replaced, there is no saving them...As mentioned in our last reply we use market based & MSRP pricing, NOT "let's jump on the web and find the cheapest price available" pricing structure. You came in and got your refund and again - happy go lucky, smile on your face and still could not voice any concern if you had one...

      3 No Excuses here, 3 decades in business - We have seen people like you come and go. Of course there are going to be negative and unfavorable reviews and opinions and not many people (out of our 1,000's & 1,000's satisfied customers) go out of their way to write positive reviews but that's the way of life. Real people can read between the lines and can spot a bi-polar keyboard vigilante a mile away... Teresa, don't throw rocks in a glass house - This matter is closed...

      The tires and tubes are 32 dollars thats for a set of 2 tires and 2 tube, not 84 dollars.
      As far as crunching numbers, im a college graduate and a expert with figures.
      Obvisouly you havent taken the time to read the dozens of reviews online, which are all negitive, with just a few that are fair. Quit lying to yourself and the public. As far as living in a manchin, we do as well as having a housekeeper and we also vacation world wide. Honesty is all one needs to be a good sole.

      Well the BBB wont let us be very candid here as they like to censor... So in a nutshell -→→ Lady, clearly you have been on a keyboard rampage the last couple weeks... Where are you getting $38 from - That's not our pricing (maybe wholesale or the lowest of the low internet pricing that NO retailer can compete with) and college grad, LOL obviously not in language arts. The customer is not always right & this is going nowhere...
