    This is the worth company I have ever deal with, the Manager is very rude. I brought a dryer last year and it stop working a 3 week ago. I had to pay for the visit to see what the problem was. After finding the problem, the tech told me he would order a part for the dryer. A week later he tell me they needed to order a motor for the dryer. The next week get a call from Rhonda, Manager, tell me they cant find a motor and she will sell me another dryer and take 50 dollars off, Take it or leave it. I don't deal with company that have no customer service at all.

    I'm a landlord, and over time I have used a few different appliance stores similar to American Appliance. But I always go to AA first because I like them best. The owners are good people, and they always fix problems. I've only had one problem, and they sent an amazing technician to fix it. That was two years ago; never another issue with that appliance. I know Realtors who also come here, and I've turned a few friends on to them too. They're a great company.
