1 starI don't even want to give them one star. They fraudulently took out a loan in my name and have now sold it to a collection agency, which is harassing me about payments. They claim that they verified the bank account, although it's not my account. When I called the bank, they verified that I do not have an account with them. THEY ARE SCAMMERS! 1 starThey do not deserve a one star. I took out a loan with this company. Unfortunately I ran into more difficulties so I looked to see what my legal options were. I was told to revoke my authorization for this company to debit my account. I sent in the notice only to be told I had to send it certified mail. I sent it and they still continued to debit my account. I told them by phone, I told them by email and I sent the certified letter but they continue to debit. I am now filing a complaint with my documentation to the ************************************. I hope this helps others to avoid this company.Cash Lane

"They are harassing me about payments."
If a loan was funded under your name, our system would have reached out for repayment as expected. If you have reported the loan as fraudulent and are following the necessary fraud procedures, collection efforts would be placed on hold while the matter is under review. However, if you have not submitted the required fraud documentation, the account remains active under your name, and normal collection processes continue.
"They claim that they verified the bank account, although its not my account."

Can one of y’all please make note NOT TO CALL ME!!! Following has now been sent to 10 of y’all. And that doesn’t include the other 12 locations that also called… I am not interested in your services. Please remove this number from your call list. This is about the 22 callsI have received from this company Cash Lane from different phone numbers/different area code yesterday and today and most of them have been in the past two hours and in addition I’m getting text messages from you all. 1 starI got a loan deductions,are made monthly. The month of Dec they deducted 2 pmts which 1 of them was not agreed upon I have called , textvand email company and sent in proof of pmts. There has been no returned calls everytime I call they conversation is a mgr is reviewing they will call you back. This caused my acct to be off and they haven't reached out yet. 1 starIm very unsatisfied with this loan company we needed a loan for an emergency yes they extended us a loan however every time we paid on time every two weeks to the tune of 115$ the loan amount would go down then right back up to the almost 500$ **** or even over I only borrowed 500$ we got our loan in October its now December our first payment was 10/25/23 and its been coming out every two weeks since I apparently still owed ******? Please tell me how thats possible? So this loan should have been paid off in five payments maybe six for a little interest so done I just submitted to pay it off thankfully I have bank records to prove it. 1 starThis company is awful. I have yet to even recieve any money because they tried to put it in a closed account. I have called 3 times and told each time they would contact me in a couple of days to fix this and I have not heard anything. On top of that, I am receiving emails that I haven't made my payments. Are you kidding me??? I can't give this low enough stars. Avoid this company at all costs.
