      I paid for my homeowner insurance $1597 for a period of one year from July2022-July 2023. On 03/27/2023 I received a notification that I have two days to get a new insurance. I'm requesting a pro-rated refund for the 4 months I paid $532 .

      I had a homeowners insurance policy with UPC Insurance and paid for coverage from May 22 2022 through May 23, 2023. I received a letter in March of 2023 that my policy was being cancelled effective March 29, 2023 and I had to find another company to insure my home. I cancelled the policy on March 7th (I've never submitted a single claim). I was told that I would be refunded the amount of $283 for balance of the premium that I paid in advance thru May 2023.I have never received any reimbursement and have made numerous phone calls to UPC who blames the ********************* for being "lazy" in processing my refund, and the ********************* who blames UPC for never forwarding the information to them. This has gone back and forth for months now.The policy number was 32 100447764003.I spoke to **** at ********************* at ************ I appreciate any assistance you can give me.       UPC went out of business back in February, and was supposed to have returned my prior premium payments. However, as of this date, I still have not received my payment in the amount of $2,086.00

      Cannot get an answer to when they are spending me my refund money.Ever month it is next month now I can't even get a person on the phone.

      Canceled policy with UPC effective 1 November 22, and still have not received $4526 refund. UPC sent request for funds from my mtg ** with a new fraudulent policy. Told me in Oct 22 and Jan 23 4-6 weeks for check. Then sprang On me wait till June 1st when upc pullout, though I no longer had policy. Now I have fallen through Crack with no policy, no claim, no refund.

      I have a home insurance policy with UPC insurance that expired on June 29th,2023, there was a hail storm that hit our family house on April 5th, 2023 causing damage to our houses roof, and as per the inspector: the roof is not repairable due to many damaged and missing shingles. I filed a claim to UPC and they reject my claim as per the email received from them below, I am indeed unable to afford to replace the roof and your help is very important.       Our policy was canceled as of March 29th due to them going out of business. I was supposed to receive a refund check within two months but I still haven't received it and I am getting the run around whenever I call to check on it.

      On 10/16/2022 I agreed to purchase a Home Owner Insurance policy with UPC Insurance Policy #** 10 ******** On February 5, 2023, I received a letter stating that they would no longer insure the property. I requested a refund. Thus far I have not received my refund and every time I call the company, I am transferred to a young lady who says she doesn't know if or when they will refund the money. it has been 3 mos.

      My current homeowner insurer UPC Insurance went out of business due to a hurricane in South **. I paid for my homeowner insurance $1597 for a period of one year from July 2022-July 2023. On 03/27/2023 I received a notification that I have two days to get a new insurance UPC went out of business. Giving me a short amount of time to shop around, the only option available was ******* Peninsula insurance which the price was 40% higher $2274. This rate is an abusive for a 980 square feet condo. I was unemployed for the pass three months; I finally found a job where Ive been working for the pass 3 weeks to find out that I have to pay this outrageous amount.
