    I spoke to Rose on the phone about renewing my policy and was told it would be the same amount as the previous year. Then when I checked my account it was more. I called back trying to discuss it but couldn't get them to answer the phone and when they did I was told Rose would call me back and never received a call back. Then I emailed them which I got a handful of responses and that they would issue a refund. I still have yet to receive the refund and it's been over a month. This place a a joke and just wants to steal your money. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM.

    **** were sorry we couldn't help you but your comments are incorrect. We emailed you on 2/10 regarding your renewal on 3/5 and sent you the renewal offer. We explained that well need you to sign the renewal documents and need payment to bind. We finally heard from you a couple of days before your policy was expiring saying you needed a certificate of insurance now. We explained we cannot release that until the policy is bound and you got very upset by that. You signed the renewal paperwork and got your certificate of insurance showing proof of coverage for a year then you emailed me 2 days later saying you wanted to cancel the policy and demanded a full refund saying you placed coverage elsewhere. We told you we will request that the policy be cancelled and well send you the forms to sign and asked if you could send us a copy of the new policy as we could then get the policy flat cancelled as of the effective date and you'll get a full refund - you never responded nor sent that policy. I explained that the policy has been in effect for a few days so you won't get a full refund but if you can send us a copy of your new policy I can then get you a full refund - you again never responded. I put through the cancellation and told you it can take up to 30 days for the refund from the carrier - you said you want your money now and in your words "I'm just going to call my bank and do a stop pay - I'll get my full money back" and hung up. We processed the cancellation and received your refund on 3/28 and it went out to you on 3/29. On 4/15 we received the refund back and, on the envelope, it showed return mail, no forwarding order on file and no such name at address. I called and emailed you on 4/15 letting you know the mail was returned and we needed a correct mailing address for you. You then emailed us on 4/16 with a new address so we sent the original check with the return envelope so you could see it was returned and we put that in the mail to you on 4/16 - that hasn't been returned.

    The last we heard from you was on 4/27 stating you weren't happy with the refunded amount so we assumed you received the refund. On this same call with my associate you threatened us saying if we didn't send you a full refund you were going to do a stop pay on the original payment and leave a bad Google review. We did get a call from your bank towards the end of April that you were trying to do a stop pay. We have a copy of the refund check and the original returned mail envelope showing un-deliverable and the new check mailed to you - they closed your request. You then left a bad Google review saying we never refunded your money and that were not calling you back. We have no intentions on keeping your refund **** and if you had simply called to tell us you never received it we would have figured out why, probably another bad address, and we would have gotten it to you. All our calls are recorded, and we have no calls from you except this one call and it was not that you didn't receive your refund it was that you were unhappy with the amount. You would have to take up with the carrier and we'd be more than happy to help. In the meantime, we will do a stop pay on the original refund and mail another check to you but if we don't hear from you, we have no way of knowing if it was received.
