    John was at my house June 20th to fix my dryer. He was here all of 30 minutes (I have it on camera), lifted my dryer lid and told us it was a punched wire, was charged $206 no parts was used nothing else was done. Called them back out July 7th because my dryer stopped working again. This time John said it was the motor and wanted to charge $398 for the motor plus labor…mind you my husband stood there and watched him and the dryer was working after he lifted the lid and pushed the power button. My husband told him no we would not be paying that cost John went into and did something and made the dryer stopped working again. Another company just left my house and my dryer was purposely disabled. I am contacting the BBB because this company is a fraud and should not be in business

    I would like to amend my previous review of this We Fix. They came to my home and fixed my ice machine again and gave me excellent service under the warranty! I would definitely like to use this company again.

    This company is horrible ! The part They fixed has broken twice sense they fixed it . So we call them out again on a warrantied part - the first day we sat around d for 4 hours s d they no showed , 2nd day we sat around for : hours had the wrong address finally got someone in route at 6:20 pm ( then they call and tell us the part is free but labor will be $272.00 ) . Never again

    Dear Mr ************************ you for reaching out to us regarding your recent service experience.



    We would like to clarify the details of your previous repair and the current service request. The initial repair was completed in July of last year, and the part installed is still within its one-year warranty period. Additionally, the labor warranty for that repair was valid for 90 days, which has expired.



    Last year, after the initial repair, you contacted us again in September, and our technician returned to fix the issue free of charge, in accordance with our warranty policy and the work performed.



    Regarding the recent appointment scheduled on 05/19/2025, our records indicate that the online booking was made with an incorrect address provided by you. We also attempted to contact you on the day of the appointment to confirm the details but were initially unable to reach you. Once we did speak, we arranged for the technician to visit the following day. Unfortunately, the technician arrived at the address provided during the booking, which was incorrect, and thus, the service could not be completed at that location.



    We want to inform you that the labor warranty for the previous repair has expired, and the current service request is outside the scope of our warranty coverage. We have also offered a discounted price for the labor, which is significantly less than the original cost. We have documentation of the booking, including the incorrect address, and records of our communication attempts.



    We appreciate your understanding and are happy to assist you further if needed. Please feel free to contact us to reschedule or discuss any concerns.

    Ditto to previous 1 star rating. Tech Leo came out & charged an additional $70 over service call charge quoted to check sealant. Provided a written estimate for $800 to replace compressor with a new one. We paid $149 versus $79 quoted & agreed to replace compressor. Got a text confirming part was “ordered” & now Tech wants to come back out to “confirm” no oil leak on a sealed compressor. The office stated it was because he didn’t write down the model #! Seriously?? I feel we are being played & I’m not taking them ripping us off. By the time they add more $$ to the estimate we could buy a NEW refrigerator. By the way the Tech Leo opined new refrigerators are a waste of money & are built to last only 3 years! I would not recommend this company based on my experience with them for the past 2 days. There is NO ONE DAY REPAIR & our refrigerator isn’t cooling at all.

    WeFix-Appliance Repair deserves every star! They came out the same day I called, which was a huge relief. The technician quickly diagnosed and fixed my refrigerator problem. What impressed me most was their fair pricing - no hidden fees or unnecessary upsells. The service was prompt, efficient, and affordable. I highly recommend WeFix-Appliance Repair to anyone needing reliable appliance repair. They'll be my go-to for any future appliance issues!

    I would highly recommend "We Fix" for your appliance repairs. I was having an issue with the start button on my washer. I called in the morning and they were at my house by 1 ******* in the afternoon. A part or a circuit board, did have to be ordered, but it came in three days. The technician arrived at noon, got straight to work and finished it and probably 20 minutes. Very nice, very professional technician. And I feel the price I was charged was very fair, much less than having to buy a new washer

    These folks were a delight to work with. They answered the phone immediately without having to leave messages and go through a ton of voice prompts, etc. Once reaching a dispatch agent, they helped get a technician scheduled within a day. The technician was friendly, thorough, and quickly diagnosed the problem. They even identified an unknown problem with my electrical wiring that could have caused a fire. Upon getting the electric fixed, they returned again within 1 day and completed the fix on my appliance. Heat job and I will use again.

    I've got repair of my dryer at the same day. Tech spent here 1 hour and replaced the heater, and did the maintenance+cleaning of dryer for free. Fair price.

    I called WeFix first thing in the morning, after my washer made some noise and stopped working at all. They were able to come to my house before 11 am. The technician was very knowledgeable and explained the problem. For the good cost I got by washer fixed within two hours. Thank you again!
