Have no idea what happened to kevin. He installed the amana unit in 2012. Great job and price. Him and dave. Went to home in madeira beach on monday 06-21. Turned unit on and no cold air. Ran it from 4-30pm to 11-30pm and still 92 temp. Left and went to friends home in tampa. At 67 can not take that heat. Called kevin on 06-22 and he said would call me later that day to let me know when he can come out wed 06-23. Never called till i txt him and you coming to check unit out. Then called me and would come from 12 - to 2 pm. I drove in from tampa and rain that am in tampa. When near home kevin called around 12-20 and said due to channel 9 says rain all day so will call me in the am and get me done. At home 12-30 not a cloud in the sky all day. And hot. So stayed and waited till the am for his call. 94 temp at day and 89 at pm. Was almost ready to go to the va bay pines er for heat stroke. In the am waited till 9-40am and no call. Called ************* with ****** and he had ***** here at 12-50pm. After he got the unit going and did the system check,glad kevin did not show. He knows a/c units for sure. If you need a/c repair never call kevins company. Today is tuesday 06-29 and still no call from kevin. I could be dead in the er and would he care. See not. Use another. Be safe with the right ones.

I'm not sure what actually transpired in this situation , on my note pad the first note I have of a conversation with mr ****** is on the 23rd I had a note that he was available after 12 PM that day . I am currently running my business with limited personnel myself and 2 other employees , which is what I had a available to me at the time frame he issued this complaint . While I don't remember what I got tied up with that day, but with service related issues you don't always know how much time it may take to diagnose and repair .
In regards to working out side in rain and thunder on electrical equipment I will not subject my employees or myself to a dangerous situation like that, the decision not to go was made based on current conditions and checking Bay News Nine's Klystron 9 radar which showed a huge band of rain .
I very well understand its very uncomfortable in a home with no air conditioning in our climate I'm 64 and can relate to Mr ******* NOT BEING ABLE TO TAKE THE HEAT I find it hard some days when Im working 10 to 12 hours a day and I understand him not being happy about me not being able to make it But I just do the best I can if that means I have to get a bad review once in a while Ill just have to live with it I'm not going to kill myself or endanger my employees

See kevin is only talking about wed 06-23. Yes he called and cancelled around 12-20 pm. He said not working today due to the weather. Yes it was hot and sunny all day when i got to home at 12-30 pm. Put wed aside as he then said he will call thursday 06-24 in the am to give me a window to come and fix unit. Never had the respect to call. Not only in the am but never heard from him again. That is not a company i will ever use or tell some one to use. I do not respect anyone or company that does not keep there word. Like i said before in 2012 when he did the install all was well. I do not know what happened to you but that is not how to run a company and how to treat customers. An honest person would of at least called that am and say can not come today as have no crew. to busy,or best to call another company. Like i said never a call at all, that thursday,friday never. Just stay with a broken unit till i finally called another company on 06-24 got unit fixed. Called and was at my home in 2 hrs. That is a honest company. Reliant.
