    I hired o.a.a tile for a shower renovation, the business did not finish the job that they were supposed to. It was left unfinished and now the owner is refusing to come back and finish, I have paid the full project amount of $6,500 in labor. She keeps saying that their job is done and im on my own but after getting a few quotes ranging from $100 to $350 Im upset I have to pay that much to have my wall fixed. The 4 different people that came to see my wall were in shock it was left unfinished, one of them suggested to file a complaint with the BBB and also with the state because of the amount it was paid to do my renovation. The owner instead of apologizing and trying to work with us to have that **** finished started posting things on ******** calling me a thief and a liar without any reason. While the project was ongoing the owner sent me a text message which I can happily provide, she asked me for an advanced payment of almost the entire balance that was left, I told her I would pay after the job gets completed and she replied that in order to continue working I had to pay, I was left with no choice but to send the payment, after that everything changed, she didnt care about our shower and the job was just done poorly where they didnt even finish and then went saying the texture was not part of my renovation. They left a stain on my ceiling. All I want is for her (*****, the owner) to apologize and to refund me the $350 that Im paying another company to fix my wall.
