We were charged an extra $7k because we were told that the footing wall was not in the original contract though it is and the footing was still not installed.Downgraded equipment was installed, missing one light. The interior color of the pool is not the agreed upon color.Safety fence is too close to the pool, has loose with panels tied together with string and zip ties, extra holes drilled in deck, and did not pass inspection. Defects Cracking on both sides of pool interior that continues up through the decking and over the side wall of the deck Weeping cracks in plaster that are causing calcium nodules because outer pool shell was not waterproofed and concrete was not installed/cured correctly. Pool finish coloring is mottled and uneven. There is a large ring area on the sun-shelf that is discolored. Concrete and paint on some of the tiles. All of the interior pool corners have protruding/lumpy concrete and have uneven heights. Beach entrance has pool finish on it and vice versa. 2 gouges in the deep end. Tile is cracked on the sun shelf. Lights and jets are built out significantly from the pool walls. Fountain on the sun-shelf is on a large bump of plaster and is crooked with the jet leaning toward the edge of the pool instead of straight up. Concrete on pool coping has many holes/gouges and lumps/deformities Plastic strip on the top tile line was supposed to be black and is crooked, broken, has gaps, and does not lay flat Exposed piping at the edge of decking Cracking all over decking Crack repair in deck is visually obvious and has recracked The interior of the skimmer is cracked and crumbling ************************************************
