My dog was to have 3 week onsite training. Owner got Covid 2 days into training. My dog was crated for all that time. She has suffered medical issues; supporting documentation provided. All the owner had to do was call to let me know he had Covid and I would have picked up my dog and rescheduled. I called 4 times no return calls the entire time my dog was there. I was never given the opportunity. My dog has been traumatized; lying in her own ***** and urine for days. I was told to bring food, a toy and a blanket. I received back 95% of my food. So what did my dog eat????? It has cost me an additional $500.00 between the vet, groomer, professional carpet cleaner.

She had stress colitis (diarrhea) for 8 days upon her return. It was everywhere!!!!! This is unacceptable behavior by a professional trainer. I'm quite upset about the treatment of my animal. It borders on abuse. I would hate to get the ***** involved.

******** training and care was meticulous as all of our customer services are.  The kennel he stayed in was an inside airconditioned kennel.  ICNDF has never used crates for boarding and cleans kennel runs daily if not twice daily depending on condition of kennel.  Most ICNDF customers provide beds or blankets for their dogs.  As for any leftover food - when a dog comes in overweight it goes without saying there would be extra food as we do not over feed people  customer dogs.  You can see from photos the clean kennel with the leftover hair from ****** during his OB [obedience] training stay at ICNDF.  One 'struggle' in our field is; not every customer has the desired listening skills ideal to benefit fully from our training programs.  Our 'student dogs' respond perfectly to experienced trainers and will still try to 'get away with what they can' from their owners once back home.  ******** family was going through a tough time as indicated by the attached voicemail message and ICNDF certainly cannot speak for the home care given during stressful times in a family environment. On a side note; ******* ******* stopped payment/reversed her payment through ****** to which ICNDF has no longer received benefit for the services provided.  ICNDF is no longer open as Jim's hospital stay remains in full force even to this day.  Your thoughts and prayers are greatly appreciated.
