As of March 2025, many of the challenged claims on its website have been discontinued; however, the current website includes the claim "We believe in our product so much that we guarantee our bed bug treatment with the industries longest re-treatment guarantee" According to the BBB Code of Advertising,
when using the term guarantee in product advertising, the advertiser must clearly and conspicuously include a statement that the complete details of the guarantee can be seen prior to sale at the advertiser's location or viewed on the advertiser’s website. Any material limitations or conditions that apply to the guarantee must be clearly and conspicuously disclosed. The business has not added the terms of its guarantee to its current website or substantiated that their guarantee is the longest in the industry.
