I asked for a blood test for specific things: parasites, adrenals, viruses, heavy metals etc. I spoke to ********************* on the phone and requested specifically all of these tests. He said yes. Within the first 3 minutes of our phone call he asked me for my credit card to charge $460 up front. I was sent for a blood test but he ran basic metabolic panel even though i told him i had this run already by my existing oncologist for precious cancer care. He said it was a "miscommunication" and offered a "free hair heavy metals test". When the test came back the results were incorrect because i have colored hair which the doctor failed to ask me about (and i didnt know) before running this test. Then he spent 5 minutes on a zoom call with me to tell me i should just see a nutritionist! Basically $460 for a basic blood test and no resolution to my symptoms i needed testing and resolving. This seems to be a revolving door of charge money up front, run basic test then spend 5 minutes on a zoom to tell the patient nothing!!! In their advertising it says an hour zoom consultation with the doctor. They dont listen to the patient, dont run tests the patient requests, charge the money up front and on to the next victim. I asked for a refund, they said they would do it and here i am almost a week later with no refund so i had to dispute the charges with my bank. Very shady business.
