      On April 15, 2025, We bought a used Honda Odyssey 2019 from JACK HANANIA Buick & GMC dealership but had to bring it back for several items that need to be fixed per agreement with ******* ***** sales representative prior to the sale. We brought it back to have the housing of front headlight replaced with a new housing, fog light need bracket to secure it & DVD player entertainment system not operational to be checked/repair as needed. We went back to the dealership for said issues and Van was left with them for two days. When we came back to pick up van, we checked the items that were supposed to have been fixed. The front headlight housing that was put in was an old one with scratches and the fog light bracket was still not installed although the manager ***** ****** said, it was found on the desk of service manager name ****. They also never checked entertainment system. We spoke with ***** ****** manager to let him know about this and we were asked if we can bring it back to the dealership the following week to get these issues resolved. We took it back as arranged and finally the headlight housing was replaced and the service rep said bracket was installed on fog light. We took their word for it and they agreed to have the entertainment system checked by a Honda dealership and they will shoulder the expense. The van is now being serviced and we found out from the auto shop that there never was a bracket installed on fog light, instead it was a plastic zip tied. Two weeks had passed & we’re still waiting for the check & no one responding to our text messages & phone calls. Finally, we decided to make their management team aware by submitting a complaint. To make our story short, Jack Hanania Dealership Management Team realized the importance of their customer and resolved the issue expeditiously. This is also to warn future buyers about the said dealership Jack Hanania Buick GMC of St Augustine. NOT RECOMMENDED!

      I had a fantastic experience at **** Hanania GMC! From the moment I walked in, the entire team was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right vehicle. My sales associate was incredibly patient, answered all my questions, and never once made me feel pressured.The buying process was smooth and transparent, and they went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and confident in my decision. The finance team worked efficiently and explained everything in detail, which I really appreciated.Even after the sale, the service team followed up to ensure everything was running perfectly. Its clear they truly care about their customers, not just the sale. I highly recommend them if you're looking for professionalism, honesty, and top-notch customer service. I love my new ***!

      I recently just bought a 2017 gmc Yukon the transmission has already going out the vehicle showing different codes they did not tell me the vehicle had an oil leak tvs appear not to work. They would not let wife test drive the truck on the sale lady ******** did every time I call they don't return my calls I bought a complete lemon dnt recommend buying vehicles from them

      At the end of July we purchased a 2014 **** Flex from **** Hanania GMC. We were interested in purchasing a used 2014 **** Flex. Took the Flex for a test drive and proceeded with purchase. Once we were able to get into the finance office we were got an 8.99% interest rate. We are thinking thats a pretty good rate for a used vehicle with ******* miles. The Finance Guy was pushing ************* on us, stating it was "the only way the deal works". I asked if the lender required it? Finance Guy would not directly answer my question. I explained that GAP is covered by our vehicle insurance policy. Finance guy attempted to educate me on how my policy works without viewing the policy. Three times he and I went back and forth over GAP. I continued to express that if the lender does not require GAP, I do not have to agree to purchasing GAP. Finally, I agreed to GAP only after the Finance Guy knocked $200.00 of the $700.00 ************* policy sold by the dealership on behalf of a third-party insurer. Two weeks later I called the Finance Guy to cancel the ************* as the policy/contract states you can unconditionally cancel this contract at any time for a full refund pro-rated. Finance Guy again wanted to attempt to educate me on why I shouldnt cancel the policy/contact and for the fourth time I referred back to If the lender does not require it I dont have to take it. Finance Guy stated that we (the dealership) added that due to a fee they could not pass on the the us (the buyers) the stated unbelievable, unbelievable, just unbelievable. Reluctantly agreed to send the cancelation form via email which we completed and sent back. About a week and a half later we see a $700.00 applied to the auto loan. Next battle for us is to find out if the $700.00 payment was a principle balance reduction or if the lender paid themselves first. This interaction is EXACTLY why dealers are viewed as sleezy, dishonest and deceptive.

      ZERO stars. Go elsewhere, buyer beware!! They will take every opportunity to scam/rip you off. Very deceitful, underhanded practices! The price they advertise is THOUSANDS lower until you get there. They seriously try to up sale things you don't need, not to mention including undisclosed fees. Oh and you cannot pay cash for the vehicle, it HAS to be financed, and it HAS to be to their choosing/interest rate. The finance officer was very condescending. We begin the electronic signature program, which was "having issues". Needless to say we didn't get a copy of the documents we signed. Several requests later, we STILL didn't get a copy.We left his office and returned to the showroom, where no one was! We literally had to stand and wait for the salesman to return, who handed us the keys and said "congratulations". We got ZERO introduction to our new vehicle and its functions.We really wanted this vehicle, or we wouldn't have agreed to the many alternative issues we encountered. We sent an email to **************************** who deferred to the New Car Sales Manager, who left us a pleasant voicemail, but never returned our call. That's been over a week ago. The only restitution we requested was the documentation of our transaction, which he did ******* yourself a favor and go elsewhere. There actually are good, honest dealers out there...just not this one!!!

      Approached Jack Hanania dealership to buy a car and the seller through their agent (Gio) realized that I had the check to buy the car at the price advertised, Giovanni told me his boss would not sell me the car because he wanted to sell it to someone that finance with them to maximize their gains or trade in a car. I have the check in hand and willing to pay full MSRP as advertise but they would not sell it to me. I am retired military and currently work for the DOD and felt he did not want to sell it to me due to corporate greed. I believe this is a predatorial car selling tactic and Bait. After telling Giovanni what I felt about it he said he would call me back, instead he text me that they sold the car earlier and he didn't know, I believe that to be a lie as the car is still being showing as available online. This not only is disrespectful to me as a person and a customer, a disgrace to the GMC Brand. Stay away from them unless you want to be abused by them. I am considering a lawsuit to bring this to higher attention and perhaps therefore fix their Baiting tactics.

      Had warranty work performed on my truck. Had the torque converter replaced. Everything was great until I actually got under the truck and looked at the work. Several of the bell housing bolts were not tight, completely loose, and the truck was leaking ATF. Had I not caught this, this could have destroyed the transmission in my truck. To top it off, I took the truck back, and they had written obscenities on the frame of my truck, then denied it and tried to imply someone else had done it. Complete lack of skill, quality assurance, customer service, and ownership of overall experience. I will never return and would STRONGLY recommend that you avoid this and any other Hanania dealerships. There is very clearly an issue with corporate culture that allows this to occur. STAY AWAY!
