A husband and a wife have multiple identical businesses so that they can run the complaints through each of them and not have a bunch under one. These people had the audacity to come to my home basically break bread with me telling me how my dormer windows not put incorrectly that they were going to personally take care of it, since they were the ones who put the window in and pay for damages that their window install created during the hurricane here in Tampa Florida months ago. Yes months ago. I had to put in my home in August and it's still not handled and now they're ghosting me. They have emailed me from the past and told me that they were going to pay directly for the window treatments that were damaged and then when I finally found the stuff that I wanted to put back on the windows now they are in MIA. I put a complaint into Home Depot corporate office. Tell me what these people are shady and they don't know what the **** they're doing and I'm gonna publish this anywhere and everywhere I can on each of their companies. The ladies name is.Danielle D.. so beware. The company is called Florida home installers, but they go by SHI so you don't find them. The installer that they had out here was trying to sell me all kinds of stolen windows the whole time he was here which I was possibly going to purchase until I saw the work that they did. I do hope somebody does the same thing to your parents not to you because you're Con artists and expect this. But more so to your elderly parents, who are unsuspecting and probably undeserving of something like this. So it's off to small claims court I go. Buyer beware.!
