            Solar Designs of Ruskin, Fl completed a film on my Lanai on 1/14/21, with a copy of the warranty provided which covers bubbling, cracking/crazing, delamination, peeling or other manufactures defect. I called the owner Glen G. on 6/21/21 and he said he would take a look at it at a future date. I called again on 6/28/21 and he said he would be out that day. He did come out and said he hurt his hand but would correct it soon. On 7/19 I called again and left a message but he did not call me back. I called again and he said it was not a warranty issue but because I was a good customer he would replace the damaged film in 1 to 2 weeks. . I called again on 8/5/21 and left another message but he did not return my call. I have had solar design put film on another house I previously owned, Three cars and a golf cart as well as recommended several customers to him the latest being ****** ***** of Kings Point. The film has a blemish and although not big it needs to be replaced.

            I took my car to Solar Designs, inc. to get my windows tinted. I advised them that I would have to wait so we scheduled the install for 9am on 1/5/23. I watched the installer put my name on the computer for 9am on 1/5/23. When I returned home, I called Solar Designs to confirm the appointment. When I brought my car to Solar Designs at 8:45am on 1/5/25 I was told by the same installer that they had no record of my appointment and that they could not do the install as promised since they had 5 other installs for the same day. This man recognized me but denied that he had ever made an appointment. As a retired federal investigator I never forget a face. I cannot speak for the quality of their work since they did not honor their appointment. Based on this lack of work ethic I would never recommend them to any of my friends or relatives.
