      We bought a solar water heater in July of 2023. Since then sometimes we have hot water, sometimes we have warm water and sometimes we have cold water. We have had only cold water for the last three weeks. A repair man has been here a few times over the last few months but we have no hot water. We have a handicaped son and disabled vets living here we cannot take cold showers.

      This was handled and it was a pre-existing electrical problem.  It fried the heating element because of this.  This should be removed.

      In October of 2021 I purchased Eight Sun-Swim XT 4x12 Panels from Florida Solar East, LLC, with the Hurricane Package option. During Hurricane Nicole, Max winds at Melbourne Airport was 63 MPH (Tropical Storm force). After the storm, four panel flipped over and were upside-down on my roof held in place by the upper brackets. After 4 weeks trying to get Florida Solar to come look at the damage, the technician took two panels down and left them on my grass. Today January 9th I finally got a phone call telling me that the Hurricane Option I paid for did not apply and the cost to repair would be $1500. The contract in writing indicating I purchased a Hurricane Package seems not to be in effect for a "Tropical Storm". How will Florida Solar East resolve this complaint?

      We have responded but have yet to have zero reponse back .  There were gusts over 95 mph from NASA on Merritt Island where there home owner is located.  The hurricane straps are extra straps that are put on they don't make them hurricane proof .  The company has tried to contact the homeowner only to be hung up on.  Also the contract attached states there was a balance of $5000 of which $4000 was paid.  We are still willing to help but there has to be communication.  See attached
