      I am tardy in posting this review. Our schedule has been busy but I would like to remedy that now. MAC5 showed up when we had no AC. The company we had scheduled cancelled due to the storm which I understand. I called MAC5 hoping they would be able to send someone as I have disabled people living with me. They were able to do so and the team they sent was wonderful, professional, courteous to myself and my husband who is hard of hearing. I do not have anything bad to say about the other company as they did what they needed to do. I am forever grateful to MAC5 for being able to help us, the repair was reasonable in price even in the emergency category. I look forward to MAC5 maintaining our system in the future.
