In early month of May, I went in for a doctor appointment. Was told by their office that my payment part would be $232.00. Knowing with my insurance coverage specialist visit. It should be $50, I question the office price. I then called my insurance to verify if this amount could be right. Went to appointment paid $232.00 dollars. Insurance representative called couple days later and told me that I over paid. That doctor office would have to reimburse me the money. Have been trying every since to get back reimbursement money. Total of $181.00 dollars. I and insurance **** have called numerous of times to billing department and office to solve this issue. They keep giving us the run around saying they will mail a check. Have not receive check to this day. July *******

On 10/15/2024 I had a visit at Knight Neurology in ************. My copay was $35. I paid the co pay 1/25/25 and it was cashed by Knight Neurology to **********. We received another bill from Knight neurology for the same visit, my wife mistakenly paid it again- $35 on 4/26/25. Again it was cashed by Knight Neurology to **********. They again send a third bill for the same visit on 5/2/25 which we did not pay. I called Knight neurology and they said they only had one check from us that was cashed and no record of a second. They had 1/25/25 check #*** and no record of the second from 4/26 check #***. I asked how can they not have a record when I procured proof from my bank and a copy of the second check #*** that was indeed cashed by knight neurology/ **********? She could not answer and said that she wrote and email to billing **** and they would call me back. This was over a month ago. Every time I called the manager was unavailable at a meeting or elsewhere and billing **** never called me back twice. I CAN PROCURE PROOF THAT THEY CASHED BOTH CHECKS AND THEY CANNOT PROVIDE EVIDENCE OF THE SECOND BEING CASHED.

Had an appointment billed to my insurance as a 60min appointment. I was in the office total from when they opened the doors to when I walked out was 33 min and that included me waiting in the waiting room beginning at 745. Two tests were ordered from this but I was advised by the doctor that they would not tell him anything. He claims to have performed a full neurological exam however after doing some homework there were some glaring misses and some diagnostically relevant things that were missed. I brought this to the attention of the office manager and she advised me after requesting a replacement appointment that they did a complete exam and that no further exam would be done. I was told that a full exam should take ***** min. So I was cheated out of a full exam but they claimed and billed it as a full exam. 2 tests were ordered. I have done one of them and the results show something concerning but the neurologist never reached out even though they got the report the same day that I did. I will admit that I did impugn the credentials of the doctor and apparently Im both allowed to do it and not allowed to do it as well.
