    Zero Stars – Completely Unprofessional and Irresponsible Shingle Masters did a roofing job for our neighbors and left nails scattered all over the road for weeks. As a result, I ended up with two damaged tires, and when I approached them about it, they refused to take any responsibility. Michael B********* the manager, who I dealt with, was extremely rude, dismissive, and made it clear he had no interest in making things right. Tried to find every reason not to help saying his company wasn't at fault. Even after I told him I have everything on video. This company’s negligence and lack of accountability is unacceptable. If this is how they treat the people affected by their work, I’d seriously question how they treat their own clients. Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone! All of my neighbors that have used them in the past complained of their negligence and lack of professionalism and workmanship. There are many other companies that treat their customers and their neighbors better. Management at this company has gone downhill.

    We have had ShingleMasters complete repairs on two houses weve owned in the ******* area. For the work weve had done their quotes were fair and better than some of the competition. The information given to us has been thorough and detailed. Weve been very happy with the work/repairs done. Weve had two chimney replacements in two homes, and a soffit/facia repair and Shingle Masters both times have quickly repaired the roofs and their team has been very professional. I like the fact that they have been around in my hometown for years and are reliable and professional. They came highly recommended from a friend who had their home re-roofed, and we havent looked back with our projects. They are a family run business and I like that. Our repairs were completed in 2021, 2022 and 2025.

    In May 2021, the team at Shingle Masters replaced our roof. Our experience with them was excellent; their team was professional, delivered quality work, thoroughly cleaned up after removing the old roof, and completed the job within the promised timeframe. Years later, our roof is still in great condition.I would definitely recommend Shingle Masters to friends and family.
