Absolute horrible experience. I've been taking my Bichon there with no problem. Rochelle has always done a beautiful job. I scheduled the appt and because my dog is 15 yrs old, I expressed how nervous she gets. Rochelle said if I dropped her off by 8 am she would groom her first and I could pick her back up. 7 1/2 hours later, on the 2nd call to find out what's happening, I'm told she has been bathed but not groomed yet. The guy said I'm the owner, we're short staffed, come get your ***** dog. I walk in to be handed my dog who's fur was so chopped up I immediately started to cry. She never made it to the grooming table to be groomed by Rochelle. On parts of her body her fur is chopped so short you can see her skin. He just kept saying they are short staffed and his girls are working their butts off. I asked him why he was yelling at me. I never raised my voice to him. I will share my experience with friends and neighbors so they never EVER take their fur baby to this place. I don't know what's happened there but it's not good. I wish I could post pictures to show how poorly my sweet girl was treated. To say the owner was unprofessional would be an understatement. To curse at a customer and use the word "f" shocked me. It was so unnecessary. Now I'm left to find a groomer who can possible try to correct the chop job that was done.

We process the pets upon the order they come in. Each client gets a notification reminder also explaining the process. The client was also told during drop off that the groomer had two standard poodles and a bichon in front of her pet. She was also told that we are short staffed due to COVID and the times are longer than normal. The client's pet was severely matted and a senior pet. This means that the groomer needs to shave down the pet prior to the bath. The pet also needed a break throughout the process. After the groomer finished shaving all the matts and the pet had a break before the bath. The client made several calls in to check on the pet. She was told that her pet would not be ready until later in the afternoon. Upon the last phone call she demanded that her pet be finished in a very rude manner in the next 30 minutes or she was coming in from the parking lot to get her pet! It was explained that the pet was not completed, and it would be longer than 30minutes. She demanded her pet be finished in the next 30 minutes. She was told that she could come in and get her unfinished pet. We will no longer deal with this client. She made everyone feel like they were being harassed which causes undue stress. Her pet is very aggressive and bit the groomer a couple of times.
