When I questioned they are, they offer penile enhancements and CBD creams. They claimed they are associated with ********* Airlines. They knew I had recently traveled on said airline in the same week of the promotion associated with ********* Airlines. I would receive a free gift but they needed my personal information including my credit card number, expiration date, and security code. But the above charges were NOT authorized by me. I never received the "free gift" yet my card has been charged twice by this company. When I call them, they cannot tell me anything and simply state they are an answering service that "knows nothing" and cannot give out any information about their company, nor their location. However, *********** and **** claim they are listed as an ****************** in *******. In addition, since answering their solicitation, I have been bombarded by SPAM. Up to 45 solicitations a day, every day. Everything from hand cream to ****** coupons, etc. etc. Every time I try to use their "unsubscribe my Virus software doesn't allow me to continue. I need it to stop- they are scammers hoping I didn't notice the charges. I have called them but they won't do anything. I know I'm not the only victim. I have uploaded the solicitations they used to scam me as well as the charges on my credit card statement. I have one more pending charge for $152.23 which I cannot dispute until it becomes official. 1- I'm asking for a full refund on all charges 2- I would like them to stop all SPAM to my email address 3- I would like you to tell them to stop stating they are associated with ********* Airlines (I've confirmed they are not associated with SW Airlines and their their representatives also state this. However, they state it clearly on the advertisement). They need to stop as they are a fraud.
