      ****** ********** of Apex Mobile Detailing & Ceramic Coatings was hired to complete a detailing job including a comprehensive car detailing package that includes a clay bar treatment, bug eraser/tar removal, chemical decontamination, 1-step machine polishing to remove minor scratches and swirl marks, hand and blow drying, and the application of a ceramic sealant providing 9 months to 1 year of protection. Additional services include cleaning of door/gas/trunk/hood jambs, deep wheel cleaning with tire shine, wheel ***** cleaning, windows cleaning, and engine bay detailing service. The detail was said to take at least 3 hours. I paid $175 as the base price of the detail, $40 for headlight restoration, $40 to clean engine bay, $70 for ozone odor cleaning. To make it a total of $325.After completing the service and leaving, several aspects of the detail were not completed fully or completed at all. The center console of the car was not cleaned at all. ****** did not clean the bird f**** on the front windshield. The door and hood jams were not cleaned fully. The bottom of the front of the car was not cleaned at all. The inside ********* and surrounding area was not cleaned at all. The rims and wheels were not cleaned fully as promised. The headlights did not look any different than they did before the detail started. And the car odor still has a lingering smell and was not removed as promised by ******. The total time that ****** took to complete the detail was around one hour and ************************************************************************************** at all. ****** was contacted about these issues with pictures sent through messages, he made excuses about each one and told me thats what I paid for. When asked to receive a partial refund, ****** stopped responding.

      Dear *** or Madam,I am writing to formally request your assistance in resolving a dispute with Apex Mobile Detailing, managed by Mr. ****** **********. I received detailing services on March 21, 2025, and have encountered an issue regarding a $60 over payment.On March 20, 2025 I made arrangements to have my auto detailed on 03/21/2025 at 8:30 AM. By 8:30 AM ****** had not shown up and I decided to give him a call. ****** did pick up the phone and tried to blame me as the reason why he was late. Since I made the appointment online after 6:00 PM the previous day, he rarely check for new appointments after 5:00 PM so he had no idea he had an appointment with me. I saw this as the first of many red flags. If he does not check for new appointments after 5:00 PM perhaps he should put some kind of timer on his calendar that does not allow clients to make appointments after 5 PM. ****** said he would be at my house shortly. He did not show up until 12:45 PMj. When ****** finally arrived I asked him if he had time to do another auto but using the less expensive package instead. The additional auto was my neighbors and ****** gave me a quote of $100.00 of which my neighbor agreed. My neighbor gave me $60.00 in cash and the remaining $40.00 she sent to me by *****. When ****** completed both automobiles he texted me and I went outside to pay for the services rendered. I gave ****** the $60.00 cash that my neighbor gave me and I asked him to apply the credit to the invoice. He agreed and handed the phone to me to sign and I failed to notice that he did not credit the $60.00 i just gave him. The total amount I paid on my **** was $247.50. The break down of the charges is as follows. $175 for my auto with a 10% discount comes to $157.50 and $100 for my neighbors auto with a 10% discount comes to $90. And finally $157.50 + $90 = $247.50 of which I paid in full.m also missing my home keys from my automobile. The remaining part of my statement is with the attachments. ***

      ***, I never once received your address or phone number. I will attach proof. In addition, per my customer policy, I am not responsible for items left in vehicles once my service begins. I always ask clients to ensure all important belongings are removed prior to me beginning any service.

      I am rejecting this response because: ****** never addressed the $60 over payment. He stated something unrelated to my complaint. He said he didn't have my address or phone number. How odd because I received two emails the confirmed my appointment and another appointment reminder. Both have my address and phone number. I would like my $60  over payment returned to me. ,He did mention my keys and that I should not leave any items in the car. My response to that is people should not steal and be dishonest. I have a witness who in fact was the person who gave me the $60 to pay ******. He knows he owes me that money. Do the right thing ****** and return my $60 back.
