    Since moving in here we have been greeted with nothing but pure unprofessionalism and lack of information. They placed us in an unclean home and we had to wait for them to fix it and bring in the cleaner again. Our move in sheet was filled with problems on the apartment and it was in no way move in ready. When I brought this up the manager told me oh youre going to be one of those people well tell me now and you can find another apartment complex and I just replied I was looking for a solution not getting told to leave because I wasnt happy with how dirty and unsanitary the apartment was. Since weve moved in the jacuzzi hasnt worked, most of the lights were busted by the pool except one and it is never clean. We were never informed about trash valet but charged for it every month. The manager told us water and sewage was included in the base rent but it turned out to be an add on. We were told wed get new appliances as that was our biggest want and we still havent received them. I feel as since I am complaining about these issues I shouldnt have to deal with, that we might be getting treated differently for speaking out. I went in today 12/26/23 to talk about some of these problems and mid conversation the worker at the front desk fielded a phone call instead of putting her on hold and had us wait 10 minutes until she was done talking. I also was never informed about ****** and Debit card difference for payment until today and I was paying an extra 55 dollars in processing fee when the process was never explained to me. For what we pay the circumstances weve had to deal with are unacceptable. We have also had work orders closed without being fixed because we werent there at the apartment to let them in. Something needs to change with these apartments because its completely unprofessional and unethical.

    Here is a resident who has been living in this complex for over 7 years. Apparently the new management as well as the employees have a big deficiency. it's 1:31 am i have about 4 months with a bad smell of rot in the master bathroom and it's still time they don't fix anything i have been completely ignored it's a horrible stink and management says , which are the neighbors who throw something down their sinks. instead of facing the situation. They have not paid due attention. I was admitted to the hospital for inhaling chemicals trying to fix the problem and still. Nothing is resolved. They are the worst as a company and property management. Every day I have to put up with this unpleasant smell. Please stay away from this property. As much as the manager and the directors of the complex know the situation in this regard, they only came twice to put product, which has not been worth anything, because this problem needs another type of maintenance, be it changing the pipes or something else.

    Hello, my name is Uri, Property Manager , I would like to address a few concerns.
    First , we as a property , and, as a company HAVE NOT ignored any of these issues , we had been several times in this unit , we even sent a vendor to switch the pipes under the sink and check all toilet lines. Nothing was found.
    I, Uri, personally had visited the unit along with my maintenance team while resident stated it was smelling so badly in the room that they need to get out of there . I could NOT smelled anything , neither my team. Resident was present.
    Second , I would like to address , that I requested the proper hospital documentation proving the reason why resident had to go there , NO proof of admission due to inhaling chemical was given to the office.
