My mother and me rented this place for a beach vacation. It was for the family, we had adults, kids and a dog. We told her the about of people that would be there and she sent us the rules. We got to the home Friday afternoon and right away noticed the pool table she advertised was not even functional and neither was the dryer. I felt like she false advertised on the pool table. The next day came and we saw her downstairs and she was quick to tell us to make sure we don't get sand up stairs. Mind you we are staying at the beach but I was like ok sure we will try our best. The last night we were there some of the adults including me went across the street to have dinner and play some pool. We came back around midnight and we sang happy birthday to my husband and we were going to start to settle down for the night. When all of sudden the owner started texting my mother saying we need to quiet down it's midnight and she is trying to sleep. We told her we are just talking and laughing. She said we were bothering the other renters downstairs. We told her we are settling down for the night and we are not being loud. All of a sudden she comes up to the porch and starts yelling at us that we are breaking the rules. And telling us to shut up and we need to leave. She is scaring my kids and recording them. We told her she needs to leave because she is scaring the kids. She refuses to leave telling us to stop talking and to shut up and go inside. No where in the rules does it say we can't be outside at any time. She wakes up the downstairs tenants and they said we were not being loud at all. They were sleeping until they heard her yelling at us. When she got tired of harassing us she went downstairs and started harassing them and banging on their outside table telling them to shut up and go inside. She comes back up to us and calls the cops. She forces us to leave at 2 am with small children and no where else to stay. Horrible way of doing business, she should be ashamed.
