I ordered a dress from this company doing business out of *******. They shipped me the wrong dress and asked me return it to them. They would reimburse me the shipping but they never did. Found out later they are shipping from *****. Their webpage needs to be shut down in the **Initial Complaint

I ordered a dress for my daughter on September 14, 2024. Upon receipt (on or around September 25th, the dress didn't fit and a return was requested via the customer service email provided on the merchant's website. I was informed a return to their US warehouse was not available as their lease expired and that I would need to return the item to their warehouse in *****, and they would refund the cost of shipping once the item was received and that I should supply the tracking information. On September 27th, I shipped the item via ****** supplied the merchant with the tracking details, and was informed on September 28th that a refund for the item was issued. The item was due to arrive on October 9th; however, it remained at a mail facility in ***** (arriving September 30th) as the merchant could not be contacted to release the item for delivery. Neither ***** nor I have been able to contact the merchant further (by neither email nor the phone numbers provided by the merchant). The refund for the item was never received. As a result, I am out of $68 for the cost of the dress (credit card dispute pending) and $133 for the cost of shipping the item back to ***** (a cost the merchant claimed would be refunded as well). This merchant is either fraudulent and/or has fraudulent business practices.Initial Complaint

This company is not honoring their refund policy. Over the phone, I agreed to return the dresses at my cost to their *********** address as I was instructed to do. It was returned to me. I contacted the company to find out why it was returned and received the response I have attached to this complaint. Instead of returning it to their US address, now they want me to pay the return shipping to ***** which will be very expensive and it is not certain I will be refunded at all. I purchased a dress from this company when I received the dress is was completely different from what I ordered. The dress was delivered with zero paperwork, no tags on the dress . It was like they literally grabbed it from someone's closet I immediately emailed the company they responded with 2 options. Handle shipping it back at my own expense to ***** or keeping the dress with 30 % refund. Which is BSInitial Complaint

I returned it requesting a refund to the return address listed on their website. They refused the shipment and sent it back. On Feb 10 I made a purchase online on a website called goatwigs paid $75.00 for a dress. The order confirmation number is Order goatwigs6186. Received package yesterday when open it was a completely different dress. Tried to email them to ask for an exchange but all i kept getting back was ' This message cannot be sent because the mailbox is full.' Entered their social media on Instagram (basically empty) and ********* which is were I saw a comment on one of their post that said: DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Look them up Goatwigs on BBB better business bureau before ordering! They are a scam company!. So I decided to summit a complain about it.
