      As of January 17, ****, I have received a notices from All American Power and Gas that I have enrolled for a Month to Month, Variable Price, 100% **************** plan with them. They signed up under my electric generation supplier, PECO, with my account number. They had called a few months prior, in which I denied them multiple times, and yet they fraudulently and illegally signed me up under a contract with no signature or consent! This is a federal offence and can be have criminal action taken! We are a fairly small law firm with only around 10 employees and have limited control. I had called in and cancelled the account immediately, but was told it was on accident and a mistake in their system. This was a lie because multiple other businesses are posting with the same issue. This is outrageous!

      All American respectfully apologizes for this error. We outsource our sales to 3rd party marketers. Unfortunately, their sales practices are not compliant with what we had requested. We have since ceased our marketing relationship. The clients account was promptly cancelled and his rate per Kw was dropped to match the utility rate so they would not incur any additional rates charges. They have been placed on our internal DNC list.  No penalties or fees will be incurred. Again, we apologize for this inconvenience.

      I am rejecting this response because this was not an error. Your company still fraudulently and illegally signed my firm under a contract with no authentic signature or consent. Your company failed to exercise due diligence in creating and executing contracts with this 3rd party vendor. Furthermore, Whether or not you ceased relationships with this marketing firm these actions are still illegal.

      We were just notified via letter from PECO that our account is being closed and that we 'recently chose to purchase the supply of our electricity from a competitive supplier, All American Power and Gas LLC. effective December 29th, 2023. I have never once even spoken to an individual at All American Power and Gas, have ZERO interest in switching from PECO, and they filed this request with PECO without my authorization. How is this company even allowed to do this? When we received the letter, we called both PECO and All American Gas on Friday, December 29th to address this. The woman at All American hung up on us - THREE TIMES - and would not address our issue. **** stated they are getting calls left and right from customers complaining about this.

      On 1/2/24 I received a notice from Peco that as of 1/3/24 All American Power and Gas company would be my new electricity provider as a result of an enrollment agreement by All American on 12/27/23. I never authorized All American to enroll me with them. When contacted they stated that there is no code in the system showing I was enrolled by telephone or a code that shows I was enrolled in person( came to house, in store). They stated it looks as if it was done in error, however I would still be responsible to pay them but they would charge me at the rate Peco was charging me so I wouldnt have to be burdened financially. I believe my information was used fraudulently and as such they are trying to get payment for a service that I never authorized. All American I will be billed from 1/3/24-1/09/24 and be expected to pay that bill because I had electricity during those days even though I never authorized them to be my energy provider. Please investigate this company as their fraudulent practices are inconveniencing customers.

      We are in a satisfactory contract with an electrical supplier. This company, All American Power and Gas, somehow got our account number and submitted a change to PECO to become our new supplier. This was absolutely fraudulent. We are a very small company and only 2 people answer the phones. I am one of them. I make all supplier decisions and nobody here would take initiative to change or say they were authorized to make a change. We are both very cautious about giving out account numbers or proprietary information. Whenever a potential supplier calls we tell them we are in a contract and please not to call again. There is NO CHANCE someone here approved the change put through by All American Power and Gas.

      All American has responded to the client in regard to this transaction. The account was already cancelled with only 7 days of flow. The pricing for those 7 days was set to equal or below utility pricing, All American apologizes for the enrollment error as the account was improperly coded and belonged to another individual. Our policy is to refund any monies billed over the utility price. In this case the account is going to be billed below or equal to the utility pricing. if there are any overages, All American will refund any differences. We tried to explain this to the client, but they didn't want to hear what we had to say.

      Called re: PECO account. Told girl I do not speak to anyone regarding electric because we have a contract through 10/25 and hung up on her. She called right back, I picked up the phone and said "what part of no do you not understand" and hung up. Since I answer phone using my FIRST name, she must have gone online to our website and got my last name and changed our supplier to her company. When I called PECO, they told me that the name of the person who changed it was mine. HOWEVER, I might be bookkeeper here but I HAVE NO AUTHORITY TO CHANGE ANY OF OUR ELECTRIC SUPPLIERS. We have more than one account and 2 weeks later I got a notice that they had changed the 2nd account of ours.

      2. I've already reversed it....3 times(so far)...... as it was changed AGAIN after I made this complaint.

      3.  Dont need a response but if it is changed back to your company for a 4th time I will be speaking to my attorney and I've already had quite a few people who had the same thing happen per my personal posts on social media who more than likely would join a lawsuit

      I reached out after the 2nd time they did this. They did not reach out to me. So another lie.

      Was not an error-was straight up fraud by one of your company's employees who didn't like the fact that I told her no and hung up on her. The ONLY way my last name was divulged was by her taking the time to look at leefson.com as I do not give out my last name on calls.

      Our attorney is quite interested and we're just waiting for it to happen again and I have no doubt that it will. This company is a fraud and allows bad business practices by their employees.

      Sometime in early May I got a sales call from All American Power and Gas, LLC. We have a broker who handles our power providers so I told them I was not interested. The salesman was persistent and asked for my name and my position and whether I was in charge of making those decisions for the company. I gave him that information as it seemed innocuous enough. He then asked me to speak with his manager to tell them that I had spoken to him and that I had refused the service. I told him I didn't have time for that and I ended the call. I received a call back from his "manager" who asked me if I had spoken with the sales rep, I said yes. Did I agree to have the power company switched. I said no and ended the call.5/16/2023 **** is notified of a change from *** to All American Power and Gas LLC. *** rate $0.0673 per kWh. All American rate $0.3199 per kWh. A difference of $0.2526.5/22/2023 Change takes effect [Not coincidentally the exact day of a new cycle - no partial bill to throw up a flag].6/20/2023 ***** All American bill is paid, no on notices - **** kwh x $0.3199 = $2794.65, $2,206.71 more than *** would have charged.7/24/2023 Second All American bill arrives, we catch on. - 10752 kwh x $0.3199 = $3,439.56, $2715.96 more than *** would have charged.8/3/2023 - third and final All American bill arrives, a partial billing cycle. They've lowered the rate to $0.1147, a drop of $0.2052 per kwh. This bill is **** kwh x $0.11.47 = ******. $213.87 more than with ***. 8/4/2023 - ***** post-All American bill arrives, a partial cycle at the **** rack rate of $0.0966, higher than the *** rate by $0.0293 per kwh. **** is for **** kwh x $0.0966 = $435.86 - still higher than *** by $56.26.8/21/2023 - ***** *** bill arrives - partial billing at the old contract rate above. All American fraudulently charged us $5,192.80 over three months, and has thus far refunded us $4,448.32. They still owe us $744.48.

      Some time within the last two months, a guy came into our showroom with an ID tag, etc. Said he was from an alternative energy company and could beat our current rates with ****************. He asked to see our current rate; while I had the bill out, he obviously took our account information unbeknownst to me. Today, I got an email from **************** saying that they had received our request to terminate our contract ahead of the renewal. Of course I responded immediately letting them know that we never terminated the contract. They referred me to PECO to find out what company cancelled *********'s Services on our behalf.It was All American ***************************** tel # ************. I called them and said we never gave them any authority to do this and I would be taking this further. She cancelled the "change in service" and gave me a confirmation #. I then spend a long time on the phone making sure our contract with **************** was still in force. How could this person have the ability to cancel our contract without our authorization? We had no intention of doing that. This practice was at the very least unscrupulous and at the most - criminal.

      All American does not have any sales force whatsover in the field. It is not our practice to solicit new clients with a live person using door to door sales. The only means we receive new accounts would be through telesales. We have acknowledged that the account exists in our system but it is an inactive account with no flow of electricity. Due to the fact there are so many ESCO's in the industry, people do get confused with whom they spoke with. In this case an offshore marketing center that we subcontract actually obtained the client information from someone at this location,otherwise there was no way of us getting the account information. In any event, All American apologizes for any inconvenience that ************** endured. We have put her phone number on our DO NOT CALL LIST as well as her account number from ever being enrolled again.

      Since I did not get the full name or take a photo of the ** Badge of the younger man that was in here wanting to quote us a better rate, we cannot document who that was.

      But it remains to be seen how this occurred.  We will also pursue this with PECO to get further information, if possible, on how it is possible to allow a Third Part Provider call and change our current service to their service without asking!!!

      All American **************************** switch our company to them as our service provider WITHOUT OUR AUTORIZATION. The bill was double what our normal bill is. We called MANY times to resolve this without satisfactory resolution.

      All American Power and Gas ** LLC took without authorization, our PSE&G account and is now requesting that we pay them $3,653.90 for a one-month electric service which we never requested, nor did we authorize it! We just received the bill and called PSE&G as they were and to us are still our only service provider, we have never spoken nor have we done any type of dealings with All American Power and Gas ** LLC. This is a scam and though our utility bill is 15% less usage than this same time frame last year, we have for the first time in our history a one-month bill of $5,638.00. We informed PSE&G of this fraud but they say we have to call All American Power and Gas ** LLC and work it out with them! This is upsetting and PSE&G should better protect their customer accounts and not allow scams like this to happen. We will not pay for this scam from All American Power and Gas ** LLC and request our account be transferred back to PSE&G and this illegal, unauthorized, bill be removed from our account immediately. This is beyond upsetting that this company is switching accounts illegally! We need the BBB to step in and hold this scammer accountable!
