    On December 26th ***** I contacted ***** at puntagordacomputers.com to repair my lap. I told her 3 times my budget was $200 or less. She sent somebody who took my computer to his home for repair. I gave him a non-working similar HP laptop to use as parts . He returns 4 hours later and informed me he had repaired the broken computer which I did not want. When I asked him about my newer computer, he informed me all i needed was a wireless keyboard. He asked for $200 which I paid in cash. He had his wife in the car and said he was in a rush so, like an idiot, I did not get a receipt. 6 days later on Jan.1st 2023 the repaired computer crashed, completely useless like before. I called ***** on 1-2-23 and we agreed on a $100 refund which i accepted. She said she sends out checks on 1-15-23 and I would get it after that. On 1-17-23 I called ***** who said she decided to not refund me all. I'd like the entire $200 returned now
