    The cleaning company does a fabulous job and is very professional. They make my vacation rental property pretty and well presented to my guests!

    Unfortunately I have to give this company a 1 star. I had been working with them biweekly for the last several months. Back on February 8 they pulled in my driveway to clean my home and when they left, there was an oil stain. My neighbor pointed this out to me that evening and I went out the next morning to take a picture and send to the company. There was no response for some time, so I tried multiple emails and text without any luck. Finally got an email that said they hadn't seen any oil stains in their driveway so they didn't believe this was them. Now, for a side note - I don't park in the driveway and no one else did on Feb 8 or 9. It took 21 days to get a response and it's only because I posted it on social, and then I also got an email saying they were terminating me as a client with no resolution and poor customer service.

    I highly recommend Babcock Cleaning Services. They are thorough, professional, friendly and trustworthy. We had a potential major issue, but the issue was completely taken care of in a kind and rapid manner. We are very pleased with the quality of their work and the professionalism of their staff.
