"They came out and cleaned unit after it had a lot of water drain out (it had apparently frozen up at some point), and I could tell something was still not right, but the first and then a second tech told me it was just hot outside (this was less than 2 weeks ago, and it was super overcast that day). The second tech claimed he gave that advice to another resident and since then he’s never heard from her so everything must be fine (but I’m thinking she went with another company!" ...
