    No correspondence from this company! ********************** estimator seemed know knowledgeable and explained the process. I gave him a deposit and signed a contract for service. He told me 2 weeks before they could do the gutters and would only take a day. Fri, at the end of two weeks no email or phone call from the company?! I reached out to **** and he stated would look into this. 9:30 pm I got a call from some guy I couldnt understand too well and said - due to the rain they were behind in their schedule a little bit, but guaranteed me they would be out the following week Friday a week from that day! Well here it is Fri no call -NO SHOW! Called office no answer 2xs (1pm ish?) no voicemail to leave message. Again I turned to **** for help. He states to me hes just a field estimator, but would put a message into the office? And someone should get a hold of me within the hour.4:45 no phone call no emails. Nobody returned my calls. I reached out to **** for the final time. Explained how I was upset they have my deposit and I have had no response from this company. His simple response was I understand I asked him to help me with a resolution and no response From him now.Not a good feeling on this company- Is this another hurricane *** scammer??

    Hello,
    The job was successfully started on Monday, the 28th, and was completed on the 29th. 
    This past year we've faced challenges in maintaining adequate staffing levels at the office to handle the workload generated by *** with ******* call per day. The resulting heavy workload has necessitated long hours and added pressure to our team.
    We've been consistently under substantial pressure, and last month, we unfortunately lost our point person responsible for communication and scheduling. Additionally, the frequent rain showers, almost daily, further disrupted our already tight schedule. This caught us off guard, and we were not prepared for the interruptions.
    Finding dedicated and skilled workers in ******* can be a challenge. However, I'm pleased to report that we are now fully staffed and actively training a new team member as a replacement. I want to extend my apologies for any inconveniences this may have caused. Best regards.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is understandable. The owner actually came out today himself and again explained his situation with an apology. I can understand but I did reiterate about communication and I was scared due to all the scam companies out there.  I feel this is an honest company that had been overwhelmed (as we all were with ***) but deserves an updated response from me. Thank you BBB for being here for the consumers, you help miss communication like this one. To the owner of Efficient Gutters your worker were very professional and thank you as well for taking time out to meet me today
