      BUSINESS SERVICES @ ********************************** have some nerve not checking their records to see that we closed our account. They are thieves taking advantage of people who know full well you can file on line with ********** if you have to file for an annual report. Their fees are twice the cost to file with the government. I find this company under the disguise name BUSINESS SERVICES to be a scam and fear mongering! SHAM ON THEM!!

      I received a letter today, but I am a lawyer and far too savvy to fall for this scam. It is troubling that this company is indeed taking advantage of other businesses who may fall this scheme and pay money to the perpetrators. When I receive letters like this one they go straight to trash. I encourage all recipients of letters from this company to discard them.

      Received an official looking letter from them claiming we need to file our annual LLC report (not due for about 7 months). It also stated that they can submit the document "...for lesser price from state SOS website." Untrue: they are charging $80 for the report fee (which is what the SOS for CT charges for an annual report filing), PLUS an $85 "Annual Report Filing Service Fee." You've got to be kidding. A great way to trick people into paying their huge fee for something you can do easily on your SOS [Secretary of State] website.

      I received a letter saying my "business is required by Federal Law to post a current compliant labor law poster." The poster fee is $109.75. There is no fee for labor law posters. This is a scam.

      I received this letter today from CF Division Services shortly after I registered my new business. I knew it was a scam, but decided to mail it back with NOTHING in their postage paid envelope. At least they will have to pay postage on an empty envelope. I hope more people will do this.

      Received an official-looking letter stating that I need to purchase a Labor Poster that is required for my company. This is a SCAM - beware. They are fast, sent within 7 days of creating my new LLC with my state, I am sure they are looking to take advantage of the uninformed as soon as the contact information is public. DO NOT RESPOND - throw it out.

      Scam. Received a business letter in the mail. PO Box address in FLNot where I live. Also says my business is an LLC..its not. Quick ****** search & found all the reviews of it being a scamz

      I'd put up no stars if I could... I googled them after receiving a notice. This is an absolute scam and they should be put on blast!

      SO GLAD I searched the company name first. I went to register my PLLC in two states so I was confused as to why ******* was sending me mail.. sure enough its a scam. I feel sorry for those who didnt search and did send them money.
