  This past February I had a fence installed on my home, February 9, 2025, I was charged $5000 for the work start to finish, I thought the price was on the cheap side, but then again, that is not my trade, and he is a professional, who I trusted. The work was done in a very shoddy way, So bad is the work that they did not even install a door handle on the inside of the gate doors. Since the fence goes all the way around the house, with the exception of the front of the house, On the right side of the house, where there is one of the doors to get access to the backyard, that door is completely Leaning to one side and completely not level. There is one post in the north west corner of the house that has not even been buried with cement in the ground for it to be steady, that post is simply on top of another piece of metal in a very shoddy way, a very Amateurish job. My wife has called the owner many times, and each time he has said that he will come around 6 PM or some time near that, but never shows up, and this has been going on for the last three weeks. We are basically victims of the old bait and switch, he showed us pictures of a beautiful Fence, and then built a very bad and shotty constructed Fence.

  Hello. Today I received not only this claim document from this person with whom I have never spoken, but he has also summoned me to court. First of all, I want to say that I have not had any type of conversation, contract, or business with him. This man's wife made a verbal agreement with my husband who was the one who made the deal with her. Both myself, ***** Quesada, and ******* ******** (the plaintiff), were out of this business. Speaking in reference to the fence that was made on that property, when it was finished, Mercedes (the wife) contacted  to thank my husband (not me) for the excellent work she received. Her work was paid for after passing the city inspection and being approved by the city. Several days later, she began writing to my husband to change some things, and he showed up. Days later, she continued calling him to talk about an unconcrete post. They talked and determined that they would choose a day to resolve everything. At that time, we were all on vacation in ***** for 10 days. Upon returning, my husband was in a car accident, losing his car and unable to move. He called this person to come and finish the post detailing because the gate was installed correctly and opened perfectly, but she no longer answered. Once again, I repeat, this job was not a business done with me, and the conversations about the problems were not with me either. However, if I were responsible, I would be willing to fix the post she shows and any other details, but I would not refund the money for a fence that was properly installed, approved by the city's building department, and one that she was very happy with when it was finished. I will leave some time for her conversation with my husband (not the owner of Quesada Strategies Inc.). Hopefully, this can end in the right way.

  Their answer is unsatisfactory, and their answer does nothing to repair my fence, a fence, which was Installed in a very sloppy way, I am not satisfied with their answer, and very disappointed at them for lying.

  Hello. One more time answering those message from ******* ******** AND his wife MERCEDES . I have never spoke by phone or message with ******* or Mercedes . By the time they were trying to get fix their fence, I was traveling to ***** with my family for 2 weeks . My husband, the one who did a deal with those persons let her know that for 2 weekends we was out of town. One we came back few days later my husband had a car accident. I have prove of all those events . By the time I was traveling ******* (Mercedes) did this complain with the bureau BBB and also a court complain trying to get their full money back and also the court expenses too. Never giving the chance to get her problems fixed . Mercedes ( the wife ) is doing this under his husband name and also are doing this complain for all social medias pretending she is ******* ******** too. I dont know why they even dont want a replacement of a post and those details they are complaining about bing fixed. The fence is strong , new , not falling , not broken , not damaged. Those are details that can be fixed with the person that did the Bussiness with them from the fist moment . One more time I will say if I can help to fix those details and finish with this I am more than happy to do it . I which we could stop this in the right way

  The case was resolved as an individual case in a mediation on court . Paying to the plaintiffs a compensation for any inconvenience related to the Bussiness with my husband and the plaintiffs. To save time and not to go to another mediation under my husband name . I  ***** Quesada Damas ( Not As the company )made the settlement agreement with them . For a total of $2,300 the plaintiff also agree to remove any concern which is a closed case in court
