    Hello, I went to this establishment to get pants tailored, the seamstress completely butchered the pants. The establishment took the funds and they said they would replace them. They made me get an invoice (I got the pants custom made in ********) but needed some more fixing and its been over a month and they keep sending me back and fourth and are not giving the Funds for the cost of the pants. No where in the store did they say they would not be responsible for damages its to the point they asked for two weeks to give the funds back. However, I am still getting the runaround and need some intervention. They made the mistake and not taking any accountability and not giving the cost of the pants. I provided them all the documents they needed which included 1. Bank statement with the cost of the pants 2. Invoice from company 3. Receipt of payment from company I bought the suit from

    Good morning!

    It was brought to my attention by the seamstress, that she made a mistake with the instructions of her husbands pant. She tried to get a new one but it didnt work, wasnt the same one. After a month of this, is when I find out. I immediately made a check for the cost of a new pant and gave it to her. Check is being cashed already.
    We deeply apologize for any inconvenience this may caused.
