      I wanted to let you know about an experience I just cleared up. I bought a brand new AC system from what I thought was a very reputable company. They screwed me bad. I've called them several times. Had my wife call them to no avail. They said that I voided the warranty because I changed a 5 amp fuse that blew. All in all, I had to buy a brand new defrost board, all new thermostat wire ( that wasn't replaced when they installed the new unit. A brand new Thermostat that was a cheap p.o.s. and blew the transformer, which I had to buy. All this for a brand new system! I had to run the thermostat wire through the attic, which I fell through by the way. I've fixed the unit, but don't feel that I should have had to pay for it. I am a certified AC technician too, and was going to clean the brand new evaporator coil, which they had no problem with, but replacing the fuse voided the warranty. The owner asked my wife how long was he supposed to be married to the system. The brand new system.... Did I mention it was brand new? Oh and we were within our warranty that was voided by replacing the fuse. To sum it all up I had to buy:Thermostat - $100.00 Thermostat wire - $95.00 *************** $175.00 Transformer - $50.00 5 amp fuse -$0.00 ** Prices are so cheap because I am a technician ** What should I do about this company?

      They puts my ac in about a year ago..first they were supposed to leave my other unit which they did not.. called them as soon as they left looking for it.. they said they would bring it back after another service job they did not...then got to noticing my floor was starting to warp from the air handler closet..open it up it's pouring water down to the air return.. get under the floor and it's completely rotten... called to talk to them about fixing said would send someone out.. now dodges ever call...they didn't put a float switch on the unit nor a catch pan...

      On October 27 2022 I purchased a heat pump from this company and they did the installation but did not complete the connection to the thermostat because they did not wish to replace the wiring that runs from the outside heat pump to the interior thermostat with the result that the heat part of the heat pump does not work only the a/c works.The owner who says his name is **** came to see the problem on December 28 and said he would come back on Tuesday January 3 2023 at 9:00am.He never showed up and did not keep me informed.I was finally able to reach him January 5 th and he said he would come on Saturday January 7 at 8:00am and he never showed up an has not returned my calls or my text messages.I therefore conclude that I was ripped off by this company.What do you suggest I do to get my service honored and make sure other consumers are warned about their poor service.

      The thermostat cable installation it wasnt part of the installation because we used the one that was already there . The heater work but it wasnt heating the house the way he want it So he had to Pay for a new thermostat cable to add an auxiliary heater.
      Anyway we took care of that issue 11/11/2023 in the morning.

      The business committed to provide me quality services. I was told if I had any issues to reach back out to them as I have a 1 yr warranty on labor and 10 years on parts and the condenser. I reached out this past Sunday and was told that someone will be sent out Monday as my AC is leaking. No one ever showed. I contacted the company several times even by email and they ignored me. But when I had someone else call they picked up. When **** picked up and I spoke to him through another phone number he knew my last name without me even telling him which tells me he new about the issue. I told him I need the issue remedied and it has already been ignored and that I was told they would come out and never showed. I told him if no one will come out to look at the unit as I was told they would for free and have proof of it then I will have to take legal action for the company not honoring what they are saying. He said that for saying that no one will come out now to look at my unit. He was extremely rude.

      Bought an AC under warranty. Contacted the company multiple times when it quit working. He came out one time and said he did a temporary fix and will be back with necessary parts. Contacted multiple times over several months. Was told twice he was coming and he never came. Now he will not respond to any contact. We just contacted ****** and ****** for an evaluation.
