    May 2022 SHORELINE ROOFING replaced my roof. I now see water spots on my ceiling . I called and they sent a representative out named ****. He checked my Attic and said he didnt see anything. He was going to check the roof. He went outside to check roof and it started raining. He said he would be back in the morning. Never showed. Ive been calling for over a week and leaving messages. As of today no one has returned my call. I would like to know if there is anything you can do for me. I just want the roof checked. I have a 10 year warranty. Thank you

    Have been trying to get in touch with this business for a long time to ask a simple question regarding the lights on my roof they installed. Several calls later, and it seems as if this business has completely disappeared! No follow up whatsoever!Not a great feeling!

    Shorelineroofing does not install lights of any kind on the roofs. Is there an issue with the new roof we installed leaking etc please email ****************************** if youre having any problems with workmanship

    About a year ago I had a new roof installed by this company. Had a 10 year warranty. People doing the work were great and cleaned up great. They said could possibly get a leak from a vent that's up there and if so call and they come back and seal it. A couple months ago when the first heavy rain of the season came I did get a leak and ruined an interior wall. Didn't want anything done except to get that vent sealed. No one answers the phone but they called back and told them the problem. A guy. Maybe the owner came out right away and checked it out. Said he'd have somebody right over to seal that vent Needless to say about 3 months later no one came and they still don't answer the phone. I left at least 4 messages and am thinking of going to court which I stated on my last call. I don't know if they're really even in business any more. 10 year warranty doesn't seem worth much. I was very happy till this situation. I think I paid $7600.

    The problem he is having has nothing to do with the work that I have done. Shoreline took a look at the customers home and found no evidence of roof leak. If you have any evidence to the contrary, you can send it to [email protected]. Thank you.

    I am rejecting this response because: I showed him the warped wall He said he would have someone come and seal the vent. He did not do that and does not answer the phone. I am not asking him to repair the wall but I need the vent sealed. His own roof crew told me during roof install the vent would be a possible leak source.

    Roof installed in January 2022, and shortly after had a leak which was fixed. October 2023 had another leak which was fixed. On June 12th 2024 saw another leak and since then have been leaving voice messages for Shoreline Roofing to no avail.

    I purchased a new roof with a 10 yr warantee in April 2022. In February 2024 I noticed a crack in my ceiling & contacted the company to check the roof. They came & said I had to wait for rain to show leaking. I now have stains on my ceiling. The company claims the roof is fine, but a friend checked it, & saw improper **************** popped out. He took pictures, which he sent to the company. The company has not returned any of my calls since then.

    Shorelineroofing has responded to the customer and has inspected the area in question numerous times 4 times to be exact and has never noticed the area to have evidence of moisture present the customer has stated to ********************** that she has never seen any evidence of water anywhere that being wet ceiling or puddle of water on floor shoreline has pictures of the areas months apart and they show no evidence of any stains growing larger or of new ones from what I can tell the moisture is coming from the ac vent ductwork from the position of the water stains and the fact that no new stains or there has never been any puddles of water on floor after rain there is no way for shoreline to investigate the space between the drywall ceiling and the roof deck to confirm my suspicion. the roof was inspected for any nail that had popped up none where found that I am aware of also shoreline has not received any pictures from the customer

    Shoreline replaced my roof 2years ago. They contracted a 10 year leak warranty. They said they fixed the leak but the leaks are still there They refuse to respond to any of my calls

    During the install of my roof, one of their workers put their foot through my ceiling. A supervisor came right out when it happened and assured me they would have a drywaller come by and fix it. Its been over a year, with numerous phone calls to Shoreline and ******, and I still have not had the issue corrected. Ive been extremely patient as I know everyone is busy, but now I cannot even get them on the phone.

    I called shoreline roofing llc. for leaky roof in my business in August 3 2022. They send guy name *****, he went up in the roof and came back and show me some picture of cracks, he told me they can fix and told me it cost $800 He bring couple of his guys they went up to the roof and work there for 20 to 30 minutes, he said they are done so I paid him $800 check.But every time rains roof still leaks but it start leaking from more places than before.I

    To my knowledge of the complaint file with the better business bureau the only thing that is true is the name of the repairman that was sent out you didnt contact shoreline roofing a contractor that we both know contacted shoreline to help you with your roof problem after an inspection of the roof the repairman informed you that you need a new roof because the condition was to old and deteriorated that he couldnt guarantee he could repair the roof you informed shoreline that you were planning on tearing down the building and a new roof was not an option I dont know if you didnt understand the condition of the your roof or that shoreline would have to chase the leak until it was fixed and that ****** dollars was a fair price for the amount of time and work it would take to repair it and as it was basically a favor I was doing for the mutual contractor friend we have I was willing to help you when in all honesty your only real option was a new roof to 100% fix the leak

    as far as a resolution when you complained to the better business bureau I came to your store to find a solution for you but ended up giving you a full refund of the ****** dollars you paid with the understanding that you would remove the complaint as it was false anyway
