I wish I would have seen the previous review before I purchased this home. It has been nothing but issues. Issues that could have been easily detected. The website says they do infrared. He told me no issues found so he didnt need to report it. My guest bathroom is riddled with moisture and leaks. When I contacted him about it he told me its because I had wallpaper. He said its because the contractor pulled back wallpaper the mold was found. There was no wallpaper in the entire house. I sent him photos of him doing the inspection and no wallpaper. But if he did infrared wouldnt it show moisture behind wallpaper? He stopped responding to me. Next, he failed to inspect the crawl space above the master bedroom. His report said he inspected the insulation. No issues. There is NO insulation above my bedroom, because there are RATS!! The previous owner just picked up the insulation and did nothing about the rats. He didnt do his job. If Id had a competent inspector I would not have made this purchase. Welcome to South Florida. Do your research and dont rely on the word of mouth recommendation.

Firehouse in 2018 and it had nothing but issues that were not disclosed. Water was not turned on during inspection and instead of waiting for the water to be turned on nothing was inspected therefore there was leaks in multiple bathrooms in with the main septic line that were not found. The electrical breaker box has not been updated in over 40 years and on his report stated that the ampage was correct and only stated that there was a double tapped breaker. We're lucky our house didn't catch on fire it costed us over $3,000 to replace the breaker box. There are multiple things wrong with the grounding system overloaded breakers, and we still have multiple electrical issues to repair. All the outlets were wired backwards and multiple outlets never tested and don't work a long with light switches. There's lights outside that don't turn off and motion lights had to be added in just to turn them off. Multiple leaks in several walls that weren't noticed, tiles had fallen off shortly after purchasing the house with several tiles buckling due to water damage. Multiple issues with the AC unit. Pool pump had to be corrected. The list went on and on. This was our first home purchase in 2018 and has been the worst experience of our life. Spent over $450 on an inspection for absolutely nothing. All the things mentioned on the reports were cosmetic issues and he never really looked further into the issues in the house. STAY AWAY!!!!! HORRIBLE INSPECTOR!!
