(MHI) and certain of its subsidiaries (together with MHI, the Debtors), debtors and debtors-in-possession, have filed their 'Plan Supplement to the Debtors' Joint Plan of Reorganizatin' (the 'Plan Supplement')(D.E. 1096) in connection the 'Debtors' Joint Plan of Reorganization Pursuant To Chaper 11 of the United States Bankrputcy Code' (the 'Plan') (D.E. #1020) and 'Disclosure Statement Concerning the Debtors' Joint Plan of Reorganization Pursuant to Chaper 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code (the 'Disclosure Statement') (D.E. #1021). A hearing on confirmation of the Plan and final approval of the Disclosure Statement has been set for August 31, 2009 at 1:00PM (Eastern).
