    7-12 ***** brought to dry cleaners 2 100% Mens wool 2 piece suits and paid dry cleaning cost for both of $35.78. I picked up both suits 7-23. When unwrapped from plastic discovered 1 suit jacket extremely damaged . Lapel pockets had been ripped off and badly restitched back on and fabric damaged. Took suit back to dry cleaner 7-24 and told by "****" whom I assumed is owner/manager "give me until next week and he will get me a new suit" and he would call me the next day. He kept my suit I assumed to find one like it. He didn't call me and I called the same cleaners several times over days and he finally called me back July 28 telling me "I am man of my word and give me to next week will get you another suit". On July 30 my wife went back to same cleaners to get suit back and was told by employee ****** he took it to another dry cleaners he owns? in ********** and would tell him to bring it back to ************* store. ****** asked my wife where we bought it and said it will be helpful if I went there to see if can find same suit. She did and spent several hours going to all 3 stores in area that sells men suits. Since suit was bought around 2019 no longer available in fact very few suits that are 100% wool and ***** ******** like this ruined suit. My wife went back same day to ****** at cleaners and showed her pictures of suits she found and where and restated that we want damaged suit returned, dry cleaning cost reimbursed and damaged suit replaced or cost reimbursed. ****** said would let the manager/owner? know. Today my wife called ************* location and was told suit not brought back there. I called ********** location and asked for **** and told he was not there so then I called the ************* location and told he wasn't there either. At this point I think I am being played and getting the runaround and am not going to be compensated for my suit or dry cleaning cost. The suit cost around $400 when purchased but can't be replaced for that cost now.

    We sincerely apologize to Mr. ******* for the experience he had with our company. At ** One Price Cleaners, we take great pride in providing careful, reliable service, and in this case we did not meet those standards.


    After reviewing the situation, we acknowledge that one of Mr. ******* suits was returned to him in damaged condition and that our subsequent communications did not resolve his concerns in a timely or satisfactory manner. We regret the inconvenience this caused him and his wife, as well as the time they spent trying to obtain a resolution.


    To resolve this matter fairly, we are offering the following:
            A full refund of the dry-cleaning fee ($35.78)
            Compensation in the amount of $200 representing the original purchase price of the suit that was damaged beyond repair


    We understand that the replacement value today may exceed the original purchase price, but we believe this settlement is a fair resolution given the circumstances.


    We will issue this payment promptly once Mr. ******* confirms his preferred method of reimbursement.


    Again, we apologize for the inconvenience and frustration this has caused. We value Mr. ******* as a customer and will be reviewing our processes to ensure this type of incident does not occur again.

    The Dry cleaner has made an offer to resolve the loss of my suit that is acceptable to me. If he doesn't follow through I will be on touch again.
