      Can I give zero stars? Similar experience to what other customers have written. They lied about the reason for construction delays. It turned out they hadn't paid subcontractors and liens amounting to tens of thousands of dollars were eventually placed on the property. They ignore letters from attorneys, demonstrating that they don't care, and they think they can just take money and use it for purposes other than building the home for which they took the draw. Construction is not complete and we are spending our own time and money trying to make progress while we figure out how to get this done and how to recuperate what they stole from us.

      It’s been over a year and PSL Properties has not finished the job. I went under contract on 9/20221 , permit was not applied for until 03/22 and it took the engineering dept another 6 months (09/22) to release the information necessary for the permit to be activated. This company is unreliable, the lack of interest shown to this contract, the lack of due diligence of PSL Properties, the lack of customer support and the overall unprofessional handling of this transaction is Unacceptable. They still have not provided a completion date ! Do your homework before you sign on the dotted line with PSL Properties. Too bad the system does not give the option for a ZERO STAR rating but that is what I give PSL Properties. *****
