    Orig. appointment date: February 6 2024 Return dates 02/09/24 | 02/19/24 still no refills on prescriptions.Amount charged: $77.00 I have been going to this facility every 6 months for the past couple years for my diabetic medication. To my surprise I learn that they no longer have a licensed doctor on the premises and under new owner.They failed to call my medications in to the pharmacy to date 2/19/24.I went back again to complain about it and was told I cant come to this office anymore. "because I complained"I want a full refund as I never received the service I was supposed to but never did.This place shuold be shut down!

    Customer had an appointment for January 23rd and came in as scheduled. He complained about the fact that he was not aware of the price increase from $55 for his last visit on September 23 2023. He was informed that on his last visit the price was already $60 and not $55 as he claimed. He then proceeded to throw the $55 across the check in counter at our Front desk personnel with the remark "That is all I have" He was duly informed that the fee was $75. He left and said he was never coming back and he was going to find a new provider. He came back again on February 6th and was seen by our Nurse practitioner. After that appointment, he came back and said he qualified for a free Glucometer. He was informed that qualification was dependent on the result of his Bloodwork which we were still waiting for. He was again rude to ***************. Management tried to calm him down but he demanded to see the Medical Director. He was told he could make an appointment but he kept on being aggressive towards staff. He was then told by management o leave the premises.

    Port Richey Health Center has two providers on staff; a Medical Doctor and a Nurse practitioner and there has not been a change of ownership since the clinic was opened in 2018.

    Customer was provided service on February ******** for which he was billed $75 plus a 3% service charge. We believe this matter is closed from our end
