If I could give negative stars, I would. Filled out a form online with a company called Team Tampa, which appeared to be a legitimate professional ********** resurfacing company. A gentleman by the name of *********************** responded, & requested photos of the tub that required resurfacing. I supplied photos, he quoted the cost & an appointment was scheduled. On the scheduled date, ************ associate showed up, completed the work, & walked me partially into my bathroom to inspect their work. The tub was still wet, so was advised not to touch it for 24 hours. I was perplexed when he asked for the check to be made out to him, rather than the company I had contacted, but he explained that Team Tampa was an umbrella company under which several contractors worked. Once he cleaned up & received my check, he left. I intentionally left the tub alone for 48 hours to insure it was completely dry. When I inspected it the second time, I noticed that the spray had run (& dried) on a portion of the tub, & had bled through whatever they used to cover the wall tile surrounding the tub, which I couldnt remove. I contacted ******, who agreed to come back two weeks later when both of our schedules allowed. He never showed, & never responded each time I reached out to him. Now I either have to live with the damage, or pay out even more money to have the repairs completed. Angry & frustrated.
